Our vacation rental offers two separate units, perfect for multiple families! Both units are fully furnished 2 bedroom rentals. The second floor offers a large covered deck with patio furniture and the first floor offers plenty of parking! The property is in close proximity to The Beach, Pool and Golf, World class dining, Shopping, Theatre, Fishing, Water parks, parasailing, Jet skiing and numerous other activities. Spoil your family with an unforgettable vacation and start creating memories that will last a life time.
The Complimentary use of the Golf carts (2) are offered as an added value to the property.

My family had a wonderful time. I loved hearing my grandson running upstairs each morning. Would like to stay here again. Grandson loved the big porch.

Loved staying here! The neighborhood provided easy access to everything, and having golf cart for adults and bikes for the boys was an added benefit. Totally enjoyed that stay!

We had a great time during our stay at the house!

We really enjoyed our stay here and had plenty of room for all 7 of us. The golf cart included with tuis reantal was definitely a plus! The kids and adults both enjoyed the beach and the poolS. We would definitely stay here again if we go back to the Myrtle Beach area.

Wonderful Community to stay in! Plenty to do! The golf cart made easy accessibility to the pool and beach! Some minor issues when we got in the house but the owners are very receptive! Great Beach house!

Very pleased with this property

I have been staying at Oceanside Village for the last 10 years now and I was very pleased with this home. It was just the right amount of room we needed which is a good thing because it rained all week and we were inside most of the time. The home was well stocked as well. Would definitely rent it again.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The house is composed of two separate units top and bottom with 2 bedrooms each and living room and kitchen in each. We were two families so the separate areas worked great for privacy. The upstairs has the large balcony so we spent time together up there. The beach is a quick ride or 10- 15 minute easy walk. The location is perfect and near restaurants, shopping areas and attractions. Owners were very responsive. Overall a great stay highly recommended.

This house was good for 2 families. It needs some TLC that would make it great. Needs minor repairs. Lots of closet space. Needs more dishes for cooking and serving. We cooked Thanksgiving and I brought several items from home.

Was a nice place.

The only issue we had was that there was nothing there. There was only two rolls of toilet paper for 5 people for a week. You can check in until 4pm and have to check out by 9am. That’s a day And a half you pay for and can’t use. No paper towels. Very little kitchenware. For the price you pay these little things go a long way.

Mr. Lusardi, first let me start by thanking you for staying at our rental and returning the keys to the property and golf cart a few weeks later. Our weekly rental includes a starter roll of paper towels and toilet paper. These items including soaps and detergents are not provided. The basic needs for cooking are provided. If something was missing that was needed we would have immediately provided the item/items as we live around the corner. I feel Confident that you and your family enjoyed your vacation here in our wonderful Village and beach! Thank you again!

Could have been a great place

Upon arrival this place seemed to be exactly what our family needed but this is one vacation home that has been sadly neglected. The biggest issue was the infestation of ants and Palmetto bugs. Any food was kept in the microwave (after it was cleaned). The second issue was the lack of cleanliness. I washed drawers, any utensils we would use, countertops, and cleaned the bathroom before I unpacked anything. The unit downstairs was stocked with only 2 bath towels, the kitchen had very little useful items and the golf cart gave us constant problems. It would not go in reverse unless you stomped it and went flying backwards. With some attention this could have been a very good rental.

Pam, I did not hear from you once while here with any complaint other than you locking yourselves out of the house. Our home is professionally treated quarterly and warrantied for pests. One call and they would have come to see what the issue was I had a tenants there for two weeks without a bug issue. There is also a tag left with a phone number stating if the house is not cleaned to your likening the company would return. I chose not to leave a negative review for you regarding the damaged and missing items in our home. Missing pictures from the wall, a destroyed exterior wicker table and a golf cart seat that was ripped off after the seats and batteries were installed brand new. I have photos I am happy to share regarding what you left behind. We take pride in our home. Thank you. Kali

Location Is Everything

I rented this home for a family vacation for myself, my 2 daughters and my 3 grandchildren. The layout of the house was great for the simple fact that I rented both levels so everyone would have their own space. The Oceanside Village amenities were great my grandchildren loved the pools, the ocean and riding around on the golf cart. This property could be nice but it is in need some repairs. The upstairs was fine except for the bugs and ants crawling on the walls. Kali said by email they sprayed every quarter but they would have come back to spray while we were there if we would have left them know about them. Sorry but I do not want poison sprayed around my family and pets. If they know they have a bug issue maybe they need to spray every month. The deck would have been nice to sit out on in the evenings but the furniture that was on it didn't look safe enough to sit on. The down stairs had the most problems with a leak in the living room coming from the upstairs master bath shower. We did let them know about this the first day and they brought us a rug to put by the shower upstairs and said they would have to fix it after we left. It seemed to fix the problem but we had a bowl sitting in the middle of the floor in case it happened again. Then we had a major rain and the one bedroom downstairs was leaking so bad that the ceiling was bulging we had 7 bowls sitting around on the floor, on the bed and a tall kitchen trash can at the window trying to catch the water so that it did not ruin the bed and carpet. The water was running in the window so fast that it actually filled the can up and we had to dump it several times to keep it from running over. We left them know by text but never heard from them while we were there so my family that was using the downstairs had to sleep on the couch and the other bed. The best part of all after dealing with this stuff was expecting our security deposit back. I was told by Kali I would receive it back but to this day I have not. I emailed them on August 12th and I was told she was having family issues that she would get to it that weekend. Well it is now Sept.10th, I have emailed and text her days ago and now no reply. So I guess if you are expecting to get your security deposit back after renting from them don't just consider it a loss because it appears they have no intent on sending it back. To bad they seemed to be such nice people and I would have rented from them again. Live and learn!

Thank you for bringing theses items to our attention Debbie. All items have been professionally repaired and treated. Most people enjoy the location with a 4 minute walk to the pool and 6 minutes to the beach. (and even faster with the golf cart we include.) Also, we have moved to a no security deposit policy.

The entire family

My husband and I stayed with our 3 daughters and their 3 boyfriends. We had one of our best family vacations! The space was wonderful for us to eat meals together and hang out but spacious enough for everyone to have privacy. We enjoyed the beach, the pools, water aerobics, and the conch cafe. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place for family getaway

My family have stayed at different places in Oceanside Village. This has been by far our favorite. Nice large deck with a great view, covered parking, and close to everything we needed. The place was super clean, and met our needs with towels, dishes, and cooking supplies.

The separate living spaces and the dog friendly accessibility were great. For first time vacationers to this community, a map showing the direction to beach and pool would be great. We had awesome neighbors that gave us directions. The property owners were very responsive with any questions. We would definitely stay here again.

The Property easily fit a SUV, 2 cars and 3 golf carts. The golf cart included ran great. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. Outdoor shower and garden hose helped with sand. I would rent this property again.

My family really enjoyed our stay. The house was just what we needed. It was great to have a golf cart to use back and forth to the beach and to just take a ride around Oceanside Village. Great Family Vacation Stay!

Our family loved the two levels this vacation home provided. The hosts were quick to respond with any questions I had. The property was clean and just as we expected on arrival. The golf cart was very convenient. We used it for drives around the neighborhood, to get to the beach each day, and when we went to the neighborhood pool. We enjoyed our time on the upstairs deck overlooking the neighborhood, grilling out, and watching far off lightning storms in the evening. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels provided for use in the house. We brought our own beach umbrellas and chairs but there were also some available there, along with a couple boogie boards. Thanks for a great vacation stay!

Fantastic family vacation

We absolutely loved the property. It was big enough for our family and almost everything we needed was supplied for us, including sheets and towels. There were some repairs needed while we were there but Kali communicated everything with us in advance and was always available when I had any questions. Having a golf cart was wonderful! And the key card provided was a life saver for going to the ocean! We loved being able to sit on the porch and just relax as well! Would absolutely stay here again!
