Meadows, forests, and the Upland countryside with its beautiful hiking trails begin right behind the house.
The Wakenfeld settlement is located precisely between Willingen and Usseln (each 2,5km). Nearby attractions include the Skywalk, the Mühlenkopf ski jump, cross-country ski trails, and the Biathlon Arena.

If you're looking for comfort, peace, and nature in the Willingen Uplands, away from the hustle and bustle yet close to the lively town of Willingen (3 km), then this is the perfect place for you!

House Rules/Price Information:

ATTENTION! Bookings for the following year (after the Christmas holidays) are only available from July of the current year onwards – no dates will be offered before then.

Additional Price Information:
All base prices are for 2 people and include bed linen (beds made up), towels, and final cleaning.

Please note the following:
1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays if possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.

For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of €90, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.


Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
- Skijump wordcup: Arrival only possible on Thursdays/Fridays (no arrivals on Saturdays)
- Carnival: Arrival only possible on Thursdays/Fridays (not Saturdays, Sundays, or Rose Monday)
- Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a 9-night booking)
- Easter: No arrivals on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
- Easter: No departures on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
- Pentecost: Arrival on Thursdays/Fridays (arrival on Pentecost Saturday is only possible with a minimum 8-night booking)
- Pentecost: No arrivals/departures on Pentecost Sunday!
- Christmas Holidays: No departures on December 24th, 25th, 26th, 31st, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you may withdraw from the contract after receiving the booking confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently €2.50 per person/night (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit & Payment Terms:

A general security deposit of €300 is required for this property.

The security deposit is due 14 days prior to arrival, along with the remaining balance, and will be refunded within seven to ten business days after departure.

Payment Terms:
- 20% deposit due within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining balance due 14 days prior to arrival.
- For bookings made less than six weeks in advance, the full amount is due immediately, within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payments on site are not accepted!

Additional services available upon request and for a separate fee directly with the landlord:
- 1 pet/dog: €10/day (VAT included). (minimum €40)
