This exclusive comfort apartment was completely renovated in 2022 and completely refurnished in the modern "Waldgeist" natural wood design. It is one of the preferred family quarters in Willingen - but is also ideal for hiking groups. A dog is welcome!
Quiet location in the OT-Schwalefeld. It is 3km to the center of Willingen. Two restaurants, a bakery and a village shop are 300-500m from the apartment.

Information on accessibility:
The apartment is barrier-low, but not barrier-free according to DIN. Unfortunately, the barrier-low filter is not available in booking portals, which is why we indicate the holiday property there as barrier-free, because it is still easy to use for many people with walking difficulties. A car can drive up to the front door. There is a 15cm high step in front of the front door, for which there is a mobile ramp in the hallway. There are no thresholds in the apartment. The doors to the two bathrooms are only 70cm wide. The shower in the large bathroom has a threshold.

With the MC+ you can use most of the tourism and leisure facilities in Willingen and all of North Hesse including public transport for free!!!
In Willingen, among others, the lagoon adventure pool, ice rink, Ettelsberg cable car, adventure golf on the viaduct, pit-pat facility, climbing hall, Curioseum, Mühlenkopfschanze funicular, visitor mine, glass factory, 3D mini golf hall, Usseln outdoor pool. In the SURROUNDING AREA, among others, the Kellerwald/Edersee National Park Center, summer toboggan run, Edersee Wildlife Park, Bad Arolsen Residence Palace, various golf courses, the World Heritage Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe/Kassel, the Kassel State Theater and a large number of other swimming pools, museums and leisure facilities in North Hesse. As a precaution, with regard to Willingen's party tourism, we would like to point out that we value cultured guests and do not want or tolerate "excessive conviviality" - such as parties, loud music and other exuberant celebrations - on the terrace, balcony or in the house! If you enjoy yourself in the bars and restaurants - but behave appropriately in the house and show consideration for the neighbors - you are welcome guests. We ask you to objectively assess whether you are a good fit for us. Please also be sure to read §12 of our terms and conditions ()!
No rental to pure party clubs, stag parties, "social" sports clubs, groups of twenty-somethings under 30!

ATTENTION! The following year (after the Christmas holidays) can only be booked from July of the current year - no dates will be offered to you before then.


Additional price information:

All basic prices are for 4 people and include bed linen (beds made), towels and final cleaning. Our daily prices above mentioned are calculated for a stay of 4 nights!


Please note the following important information:

1. When making inquiries and bookings, please avoid arrivals and departures on Saturdays whenever possible, as we do not want to disrupt busy weekends. Instead of Saturday, please arrive on Friday or Sunday if possible.
For arrivals/departures on Saturdays, we charge a surcharge of € 120, which is not shown in the price calculator!

2. We cannot offer discounts for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, as cleaning staff receive a 100% wage supplement for working on Sundays and public holidays, as stipulated by collective agreement. This means that for Sunday-to-Sunday bookings, we always charge the base price per night specified for the respective season x7, even if a discount is calculated in the price calculator.

Further exceptions for arrivals/departures:
Ski Jumping (FIS World-Cup): Arrival only possible on Thursday/Friday (no arrivals on Saturday)
Carnival: Arrival only on Thursday/Friday Possible (not Saturday, Sunday, or Carnival Monday)
Easter: Arrival only until Maundy Thursday (arrival on Good Friday only possible with a minimum booking of 9 nights)
Easter: No arrival possible on Easter Saturday or Easter Sunday
Easter: No departure possible on Good Friday, Easter Saturday, or Easter Sunday
Pentecost: Arrival Thursday/Friday (arrival on Pentecost Saturday only possible with a minimum booking of 8 nights)
Pentecost: No arrival/departure possible on Pentecost Sunday!
Christmas Holidays: No departure possible on December 24, 25, 26, 31, or New Year's Day

You will receive the binding total price from us via email with your inquiry or booking. Upon booking, you can withdraw from the contract after receiving the reservation confirmation, provided you do not agree to the final price.

In addition to all prices, a tourist tax of currently € 2 per person/night for guests aged 15 and over (as of 2024) will be charged.

Security Deposit:
A general security deposit of €300 is required for this property.
The security deposit is payable along with the final payment no later than 14 days before arrival and will be refunded to you within seven to ten business days after departure.


Terms of payment:
- 20% deposit within one week of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Remaining payment up to 14 days before arrival
- For short-term bookings <21 days in advance, everything must be transferred immediately within 24 hours of receiving the booking confirmation.
- Cash payment on site is not possible!
