Récemment mis à jour 2 chambres / 2 salles de bain PGA Ouest - Palmer Condo privé à un niveau. Le condo est à une unité de la piscine. Les grandes montagnes directement à l'ouest protègent l'unité des conditions venteuses qui peuvent vraiment s'accumuler dans d'autres régions de la vallée de Coachella. Toutes commodités. Wifi gratuit et TV HD dans le salon et les deux chambres (voir photos). Tous les téléviseurs ont des décodeurs. Belle vue depuis le patio arrière (face à l'est). Deuxième terrasse privée avec barbecue. Accès au Clubhouse, au Driving Range et à deux parcours publics (Nicholas et Stadium Course). A 10 minutes en voiture de la ville. Mises à jour récentes (11-15-16 / non illustrées): nouveaux ensembles de chambre à coucher dans les deux chambres, nouveau fauteuil inclinable et poufs dans le salon. Nouveaux téléviseurs dans les chambres (téléviseurs à tube mis à niveau vers écran plat HD). TV de salon mise à niveau vers un Panasonic Plasma HD 58 ". Nouvelle cafetière Keurig dans la cuisine.

Perfect in every way
We loved everything about this place! Location was ideal as we watched golfers and big horn sheep daily right from the patio. We prepared the majority of our meals here and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed. It was nice to have a good collection of herbs on hand! The beds were very comfortable and the instant hot water in the shower was nice! Debbie was very responsive and accommodating. We could not have asked for more.

PERFECT!
The title PERFECT describes Deb’s vacation home. We stayed two months and never ran out of laundry soap, TP, bathroom soaps, paper towels, etc. The owners obviously want you to enjoy your holiday from day one so the unit is stocked to provide almost everything a family might need. No quick runs to the grocery store. Beds A+, living room easy chair A++. Two very large, easy to use wall TV’s with excellent picture quality. My husband, the family cook, fell in love with the kitchen. We have stayed in many rental homes, but have never found a kitchen so we’ll stocked with product, pots and pans and a variety of cooking gadgets. We had everything we needed. Two final comments. The showers are immediately hot and a large seat is contained therein. Very nice. And lastly, the patio is a delight. There is a chaise lounge and chair at one end and table for four with very comfortable chairs at the other plus a lovely view of a spacious and very green golf course. We were very lucky to find this cozy home and would definitely rent again. Thanks Deb. EK

Palmer Private Course Condo
My husband and I have stayed at this condo for the past several years. The location is 5 star and so are the owners. If we need anything they are right on it. The condo is well equipped, always very clean, has comfortable beds, is close to the pool and has a lovely view of the golf course. We’ll continue to come back.

Love La Quinta VRBO
The condo is located in a lovely development. Big Horn Sheep walk by everyday! The owners are very accommodating and continually make improvements to the unit. It’s right my the pool/jacuzzi which is totally convenient. We have come back 4 years now and already booked for 2022. The unit has everything you need.

Perfect condo!
This condo is in a beautiful location overlooking the golf course and mountains. It is meticulous, well stocked with everything you would need, and is nicely furnished. The beds are very comfortable and Debbie , the owner/manager, is totally available. We will stay again next year and the next after that!

Love the location
This condo is on the best part of the PGA West property. At night, you see the mountains lit by flood lights and during the day, you watch the big horn sheep that wander the golf course. The condo is very comfortable and homey. It’s well equipped and the owners are very responsive if you need anything. WiFi is great as well as the cable. We’ll be back

Lovely unit with lots of perks
We very much enjoyed our month in this unit in La Quinta. There are a lots of advantages with this condo. The best is that both bedrooms have a king size bed and have ensuite bathrooms so very ideal for 2 couples. Also the bed was extremely comfortable for my bad back.
The kitchen is equipped with just about anything you will need during your stay there, and items are of good quality. We liked the east facing patio on the golf course giving us nice sunrise and moonrise. When it was a little cooler, it was great to be able to sit in the afternoon on the second patio off the kitchen which was protected from the wind and had sun in the afternoon.
Another advantage is the proximity of a heated pool. Some of the pools on the resort are not heated at that time of year, but the one close by is equipped with a solar system so it is heated year-round.
Gina , the owner, was easy to get a hold off and responded quickly when there was issues or questions.
We had stayed in other areas of Palm Springs before, but it was our first time in La Quinta and we were worried as it is a little off the beaten track. But it has a lots of stores in the area as well as restaurants, including a Costco close to this location.
All in all one of the best units we have rented in the PS area. Would recommend it to anyone.

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect
This is a perfect rental property. It is well maintained. Perfectly placed to the Communal Pool, which is literally steps away. Ideal for 2 couples with two bedrooms both with an ensuite. We were just a couple and in the main bedroom that we used, the bed was extremely comfortable with a pillow top mattress. No problem about getting a good night's sleep here. Plenty of kitchen ware and no need to run to the store for any toilet rolls, trash bags, washing up liquid or washing detergent, which we have had to do with other rentals. It is all provided. Plenty of good quality towels and lots of others suitable to take to the pool. We had breakfast and lunch on the back patio facing the Fairway where there was plenty of shade. The A.C. and fan system was also very efficient. Can't fault this house at all. Gina is great to work with and this is our second year running we have rented this house from her. We would not consider any other rental in this area and sincerely hope that we get another opportunity to come back and visit. Thank you once again Gina for allowing us to have the use of your perfect house.

Everything Was As Advertsed and More
My Wife and I had a wonderful stay at the charming La Quinta condo. Everything was clean and comfortable. We appreciated all of the extras left for us like the coffee, paper towels, shampoo and soap. View of the golf course was spectacular and the BBQ was a nice bonus. We enjoyed the high def picture on the TV as well as access to Netflix on the ROKU device.
About the only bad thing was the day we tried to get a ride into town from UBER and was forced to walk almost a mile to the gate because they refused to let the driver in, even after talking with me on the phone.
We highly recommend this rental unit, price was fair and well worth the experience.

Wonderful visit -- Can't wait to return!
I visit La Quinta each year to spend Thanksgiving with my sister and her family who live full-time in this beautiful community. Last year I enjoyed my stay in Legacy Village, but I think I've found my permanent home-away-from-home at PGA West. The owners could not have been nicer and easier to work with -- very prompt and immediately available when we had one glitch with the cable television (which was solved within 20 minutes.)
The condo was lovely -- I particularly enjoyed the very efficient floor plan and amazing views from inside and the patio. It was the photo of the patio that sold me -- it is even nicer than the photos! It is such a peaceful and serene spot for breakfast.
The kitchen is particularly well-equipped. Knowing that I would be making some dishes to contribute to my sister's Thanksgiving dinner, I brought a few items from home like a food processor. I live in Southern California so it wasn't a hardship to throw them in the car, but (other than my rolling pin) they were completely unnecessary.
We had lunch on the patio at the golf club restaurant, Ernie's which I would highly recommend -- good food and even better views. It's a busy place so best to call for a reservation. The bar was hopping -- lots of football watching on a Saturday afternoon. I've been visiting La Quinta for decades, but always seem to discover something new each trip -- in addition to PGA West, this year is was a lovely French bakery/cafe on El Paseo in Palm Desert called Il Sogno. It came highly recommended by a French friend -- the food was yummy (although I thought that their prices were just a bit high.)

We absolutely love La Quinta and had always wanted to buy a place here. For years, we have been going to the beautiful Coachella Valley. So in September of 2012, we finally decided to purchase this condo. We hope you and your family get a chance to enjoy this well decorated and cozy 2 bedroom unit.
Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We bought this particular property because the Palmer Course gets much less traffic than the public courses and the back patio faces east. This provides shade in the afternoons which was important to us. A few steps away is the well maintained pool and jacuzzi. You will love the community Clubhouse and the convenient location which is close to town. The community being gated is a big plus. Gives the security to our guests that stay here in addition to piece of mind when the unit isn't being used.
Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?
Location...location...location. As stated, patio facing east provides shade during the beautiful afternoons. The high mountains to the west of use protect us from the winds which can really pickup in other parts of the Coachella Valley. Proximity to the pool and and town are also a big plus.
