What a GEM!The rooms are spacious and give you the feel of suites in hotels. Every room is air conditioned. 4 out of the 5 rooms have a balcony (in fact one of them has a huge terrace with sight on the pool). Everything is clean (kudos to the owners Sandra and her sons Karlo and his younger brother) and seeing that makes you take good care of the facilities once you're there :)The pool is big and comes with inflatable matraces, rings and what not, so if you forget to bring your swimming equipment - you and your kids will be fine. Great feat - the pool is heated, so we kept the water temp at 29/30 degrees to cool down during the day when it was 39 in the shadow ;)The garden house on the opposite side of the pool is great for dinners. The grill/barbecue is under the roof so even during hot summer days, you won't burn up in the hot Croatian sun. There's a Fussball table and a ping-pong table to keep you busy too.The location is super quiet with calm, friendly neighbours you can easily chat with. The parking fits 4, 5 cars - very suitable for bigger groups. The kitchen is well equipped with good equipment.In case it rains (it never did...), you can use the sauna or jacuzzi in the villa, so regardless of the weather - you'll be fine :)The nearest supermarket is a 10 minute drive,the location is overall excellent also for visiting towns nearby - Hum, Rovinj, Poreč, Pula and many others are basically a 30 minute drive away.Overall a 10/10 experience!
