Welcome to NEST – a charming eco-chalet on Lake Como.
High above Lake Como, in the upper part of the picturesque mountain village of Brenzio, this idyllic wooden chalet is surrounded by unspoiled nature. Surrounded by meadows and old trees, it offers peace and privacy.
Built in 2018, the chalet is lovingly designed and ideal for couples or small families. From its own garden, there is an impressive view of the lake, the mountain peaks opposite, and the nearby Valtellina – ideal for relaxing in the sun, picnicking in the shade, or simply taking a deep breath.

The chalet, with its tiny house feel, is located on a slope and extends over two levels. The entrance is located on the path with a parking space in front, while the upper floor features a terrace with a dining table, chairs, barbecue, and deck chairs, as well as a magnificent view of the garden.
The spacious natural garden, fenced on three sides and planted with mature trees, invites you to relax at the picnic table and offers a fantastic view of the lake and mountains from up here.

The entrance is next to your parking space. This leads to the bathroom and the stairs to the upper floor with a living area with a well-equipped kitchen, a double bed, and a comfortable sofa bed. From here you can access the terrace with a dining table, deck chairs, and barbecue—a wonderful place for relaxing hours outdoors.

The bathroom in the entrance area has a shower, toilet, and bidet, as well as a separate laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. There is also space for bicycles here. Due to the narrow wooden staircase leading to the bathroom, the chalet is less suitable for small children.
The chalet benefits from its bright, contemporary furnishings: small cupboards, shelves, a sideboard, and a coat rack offer practical storage space.

The location is ideal for walks: whether searching for chestnuts in autumn, hiking in the surrounding forests, or simply enjoying peaceful strolls through nature.

At the same time, the small village of Brenzio is only a few minutes away, with cafés, a charming trattoria, and small shops—here, tranquility and comfort are perfectly balanced.
The surroundings can be enjoyed in peace and quiet, especially in the early season. If you fancy some culinary variety, Trattoria La Fattoria is just a 5-minute walk away, a popular meeting place for locals, visitors from the lake and Milanese alike – pizza and pasta fans come from far and wide.
Brenzio is a picturesque village whose old walls are increasingly being put to new use. The small but fine Trattoria La Fattoria by the church – just a 5-minute walk away – is the culinary center of this community of just under 40 souls. You can reach an alimentari on foot or by bike in Stazzona (approx. 3 km), supermarkets, a pharmacy, and everything you need for everyday life in Gravedona (approx. 8 km / 15 minutes by car).
Less than 15 minutes away, in neighboring Stazzona, Ristorante La Trave invites you to enjoy an exquisite selection of regional and Mediterranean cuisine.

The “nest” itself is a modern, energy-efficient 2-story house built using eco-friendly timber construction methods on the foundations of a 200-year-old agricultural building. The chalet is quietly located on the edge of the forest, offering plenty of privacy.

In the neighborhood is the church of San Giuseppe, which has been converted into a vacation home and can also be rented.

There is parking for one vehicle directly at the house.

In Gravedona on Lake Como, you will find flat, child-friendly beaches with sweeping views to the south.
At the mouth of the river is a small lido with a kiosk and restrooms.
The location on the mountain is ideal as a starting point for hiking and mountain biking.

Brenzio: The charming mountain village of Brenzio is located above Gravedona at an altitude of around 500 m and captivates visitors with its peaceful, authentic atmosphere. Narrow streets, historic stone houses, and blooming gardens characterize the village. The Romanesque church of San Giovanni Battista with its well-preserved 15th-century frescoes is particularly worth seeing. Brenzio is the starting point for wonderful hikes, for example to Monte Piaghedo or the wild and romantic Valle del Liro.
Highlights: Long lakeside promenade, numerous sports facilities, Palazzo Gallio, Chiesa Santa Maria del Tiglio, San Vincenzo and Santa Maria delle Grazie, as well as monuments and works of art from Italian history.
