Pula is a vibrant coastal city known for its Roman heritage, crystal-clear beaches, excellent restaurants, and a wide range of attractions and activities, making it an ideal destination for both relaxation and exploration.



The villa offers 471 m² of interior space on a 3,700 m² private plot and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests. It features 4 spacious bedrooms and 4 modern bathrooms with walk-in showers, one bathroom also includes a bathtub. In addition, there are 3 extra guest WCs throughout the villa. The villa is equipped with underfloor heating, ensuring comfort year-round.



Outside, guests can enjoy a 60 m² infinity saltwater pool with sea view, 8 sun loungers, 3 sun umbrellas, and a spacious terrace. A balcony with a whirlpool and outdoor shower overlooking the sea creates the perfect setting to relax. The outdoor kitchen with charcoal grill is ideal for al fresco dining.



Pool heating is available on request, at an extra cost, and only outside the high season. Pets are allowed on request and at an additional cost. Youth groups are not permitted.
