The apartment is located in an old stone house in the bustling coastal town of Sutomore, directly on the promenade and next to a nice restaurant. To relax on the beach, you only need to cross the promenade and can enjoy sunbathing on one of the offered paid sunbeds. The adjacent restaurant offers a shady spot and delicious Montenegrin specialities. If you want to explore the surroundings, Sutomore is the perfect place, as it has a direct train connection to Podgorica and Bar, as well as a bus station with various connections.



This small and simply equipped apartment with 1 small bedroom offers space for 2 persons and has a small kitchenette with basic cooking utensils, a small living room with a sofa and wardrobe, and a bathroom. From a small balcony, you have a direct view of the sea and can enjoy the beautiful sunsets over the sea.



The centre of the small holiday resort of Sutomore is only a 5-minute walk from the apartment. Along the small street by the beach and in the main street of the village, there are a variety of restaurants, small souvenir shops, supermarkets and bakeries, a pharmacy, a laundromat and a cash machine.



In summer, the bars and discos on the beach of Sutomore offer great deals such as live music, parties, and other special evening events for your entertainment.

The port city of Bar is also only 10 minutes away by car and offers ideal opportunities for a day trip or a leisurely stroll through the city with supermarkets, banks, restaurants, and the long beach promenade. Other excursion destinations such as the old town of Stari Bar, hidden bays along the coastal road, or the extensive sandy beach of Ulcinj (about 45 minutes by car) are easily accessible. A special excursion tip: Drive along the panoramic road to Virpazar and enjoy a boat tour on Lake Skadar – a unique nature experience in the midst of green landscape.
