Villa Roki is a modern apart-hotel in Ravanj–Dubrava/Montenegro, located above the coastal road and approximately 750 m from the town centre and beach. Thanks to the quiet side street, guests enjoy the perfect combination of sea and mountain views as well as nearby shopping opportunities, restaurants, bakery, pharmacy and cash machine. The port city of Bar and the ancient citadel of Stari Bar are just about 10 driving minutes away, and the sandy beach of Ulcinj is around 20 minutes away.

The holiday apartments are distributed across 3 floors and have the same equipment. Each apartment has a large living/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and large sofa. Each of the two bedrooms has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/WC and hairdryer. The apartment can be booked for a maximum of 6 people and offers free WiFi, air conditioning, TV and a safe.



Each holiday apartment has its own entrance and a private terrace with a covered seating area.

Holiday apartments No. 1&2 on the ground floor as well as apartments No. 5&6 on the 2nd floor are located directly next to each other and can be connected to each other via a connecting door on the covered terrace if desired for travellers together.



The highlight of Villa Roki is the large roof-top terrace with magnificent 360-degree views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. The roof terrace is equipped with various seating areas and loungers. The small garden section in front of the house with fruit trees as well as the roof terrace are used communally with the guests of all holiday apartments.
