Casa LaBobina is a warm and welcoming home set in a calm Istrian setting away from crowds, yet well connected to Rovinj, the coast and nearby villages. It is designed for guests who want to feel at home, enjoy comfort and space, and stay somewhere that works just as well for longer, relaxed stays as it does for a classic summer holiday.



The house offers three comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a separate private entrance from the terrace in front of the living area, offering extra flexibility and privacy within the house. The house includes a gallery space on the first floor for two extra persons with a double sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped for everyday cooking, and indoor dining flows easily onto outdoor terraces. On the ground floor you can find an additional bathroom.



A dedicated BBQ terrace makes shared meals outdoors simple and enjoyable. Outside, private outdoor areas are designed for relaxed stays. The saltwater swimming pool is ideal for daily use, with sun loungers and shaded areas around it, while the garden feels open, calm and natural, creating a pleasant outdoor environment. Pool heating is available on request, making the house comfortable beyond the peak summer season.



Comfort throughout the year is ensured with air conditioning in all rooms, underfloor heating, a fireplace for cooler evenings, Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, multiple bathrooms and private parking. This is a home for guests who want to slow down, feel comfortable from day one and experience Istria at their own pace.
