This beautiful Istrian house, built in 1850, underwent a complete transformation through thorough renovation, seamlessly blending traditional charm with modern comforts.Set on a spacious fenced property of 600 m2, guests have access to a delightful 26 m² pool, providing the perfect space for refreshment and relaxation. Two terraces, one covered and the other open-air, are equipped with comfortable seating arrangements, offering an ideal spot to enjoy leisurely moments. There is also a barbecue where guests can prepare delicious meals, along with parking for 2 cars. For exploring the surroundings, 5 bicycles are available for complimentary use.The vacation home, designed for 6 people, spans an area of 108 m² and consists of two separate buildings. The larger building, spread over two floors, features a spacious ground-floor living room with a fireplace, SAT-TV, and access to the terrace, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and shower/WC. On the first floor, two comfortable double bedrooms are located, one of which has access to a balcony. The air conditioning for the rooms on the first floor is located in the hallway.. The smaller building, comprising the ground floor, includes a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area and glass walls, a double bedroom, and an additional shower/WC.
