Luxueuse maison de ville de 2 étages avec vue panoramique sur l'océan / port située sur le front de mer du centre-ville de Nanaimo. Cette maison de 2 chambres, 2. 5 salles de bain joliment décorée de 1200 pieds carrés est l'hébergement temporaire parfait pour les vacances sur l'île, les transferts de cadres, les contrats de travail à court terme, la chasse à la maison ou comme intervalle lorsque les dates de clôture des transactions immobilières ne coïncident pas.
Notre maison de ville entièrement équipée a des fenêtres du sol au plafond pour une vue parfaite sur le magnifique port de Nanaimo pour regarder les hydravions comme ils vont et viennent. Lits queen confortables dans les chambres, appareils électroménagers haut de gamme en acier inoxydable dans la cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse, cuisinière et foyer au gaz naturel et un patio spacieux pour se détendre avec un barbecue au gaz naturel.

L'emplacement est à distance de marche de tous les meilleurs restaurants et attractions de Nanaimo.
Depuis le Waterfront Walkway, vous pouvez regarder les pygargues à tête blanche planer, les bateaux accoster, les hydravions atterrir / décoller, les kayakistes pagayer, les musiciens jouer et les gens craboter le long du quai.

This is our second time staying at this property and we just love everything about the place and the location. The kitchen has everything you would need and more, appliances, spices, etc. You really don’t have to bring anything, it is all there. The large TV is voice activated and there is Netflix as well. The views of the harbour are excellent from the living room as well as from both upstairs bedrooms. You can watch the float planes coming and going as well as the crabbers out on the pier right from your living room. There is a nice patio out front but we didn’t get to take advantage of it this year as the weather didn’t cooperate. Harry and Tammy are very responsive to any inquiries and we would love to rent this Townhouse again. Very happy guests.

This property is top end, beds of better quality comfort, kitchen full of numerous brand names including the appliances, the w/d etc.You are located in the middle of Nan on the waterfront harbour trail easy to get to all amenities including the first class live Port Theatre we used many times.City buses are good but a car is better , this condo has protected parking R&B Napanee Ontario

Excellent STAY

The property was as described in the VRBO. It is an excellent location right on the boardwalk where the float planes land. The stores are within a 5 to 6 minute walk if you don’t have a car. We had a car and the parking is underground so was very secure and our parking spot was close to the townhouse for carrying in groceries. The townhouse was very well stocked with every appliance imaginable, spices, foil, wax paper, etc. The owner was hands on if we had a question or a problem. We couldn’t have been happier with our stay and plan to come again next year. Thanks Harry for sharing your beautiful Townhouse with us.

This unit perfectly suited my needs. It is quite posh. It has everything in the kitchen you need to cook/bake, modern appliances. The heated floors were a bonus surprise. I appreciated the indoor secure parking garage. But the location on the waterfront was most convenient, with the Port Place Mall in walking distance, with banks, grocery store, drug store, plenty of eateries close by. The communication with the owner is very prompt and attentive. I’m booking again.

Beautiful Area

Being on the waterfront was great for people watching while sitting on front patio enjoying a glass of wine, or a yummy ice cream cone from just down the walkway. The unit was very well stocked. The best day outing was on Newcastle Island. The trip to Nanaimo will probably be our last big extended trip due to age and health, but it left us with awesome memories. Thanks Harry and Tammy Law.

Waterfront Townhome

This beautiful townhome is located right behind the waterfront walkway and has beautiful sea and mountain views. We loved sitting on the terrace just enjoying the scenery. The townhome itself is spotless and had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. The owners were extremely friendly and helpful both when booking and while we were there. We hope to be back soon for another stay!

No Better Place in Nanaimo

Enjoyed the first 6 weeks at this property so much I ended up extending the stay another month. Harry and Tammy have hosting down to a science; every need is anticipated and in the rare occasion you might have a question, the response time is immediate. The home is a comfortable 2 bedroom townhome directly on the water front. Restaurants, grocery stores, small shops are just a few minute walk. Cannot think of one amenity that was not already in the home or kitchen. Bring your toothbrush and clothes and you are all set for an enjoyable stay. I would not hesitate to stay again and to recommend it to others. Seriously, you won't find a better place downtown.

This is one freakin' amazing property!

Do not hesitate one moment if you are thinking of booking this Nanaimo gem. Harry and Tammy go all out to be sure your stay is nothing short of a first class experience. From the fully equipped kitchen to the heavenly comfortable beds, they have spared no expense to be sure your time here is not only memorable but amazing. The view from the living room and patio is perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails-- or morning cocktails . . . no one judges you in Nanaimo! I could not be happier here. Communication with the hosts is as simple as a text away-- no question an imposition and take their restaurant recommendations seriously. I have stayed in many properties over the years and can honestly say this one is at the top of the list. Harry and Tammy are not simply premiere hosts-- they are stupendous hosts so book with confidence.

Best Location in Nanaimo

I had the pleasure of staying in this Townhome over a few months. The location is great with accessibility to the waterfront area and sea planes. Restaurants and grocery stores are easy to walk to from this location. The unit also comes with parking which is great. The patio is a great place to sit during the summer to enjoy dinner and the view. The unit is very clean and well furnished. Over the months I was here it definitely felt like home and they had everything I needed. Check in was easy and the owners are friendly and very easy to communicate with. It was a great stay and I would definitely stay here again!

A Real Gem on Nanaimo Waterfront

We arrived late after a long day to chilled wine and beer, so a great start. This was a return visit to the Townhouse for us because we loved it so much the first time. Last time it was in Winter and how gorgeous the Harbour and Town looked with a sprinkling of snow! This time it was Summer and we woke each morning to sunshine and sparkling water views. We loved the outdoor patio this time and had all our meals out there watching the float planes, the people passing by and on one evening the fireworks from the park. The Townhouse is fitted out perfectly for 2 or 4 people. We were a group of 3 and our friend had never been to Nanaimo before so we wanted to show her all it had to offer. We didn't need the car (although there is a private parking space) as the Townhouse is close to everything. We walked to Restaurants, took a Ferry out to the Pub on the local island and shopped and enjoyed the local Summer festivities. I would definitely recommend this beautiful place and we hope to return again next year. We met our hosts Tammy and Harry for a drink one night this time and would love to catch up again with them in the future.

Outstanding Townhome in a Nature-Lover's Paradise

We had a lengthy stay at this fabulous townhome. It is beautifully decorated and fully equipped to address all of our needs. Harry and Tammy are well organized and very responsive. The townhome is ideally located on the beautiful harbourfront of Nanaimo. The Port Theatre, just 3 minutes walk away, offers many appealing shows. Numerous restaurants and coffee shops are also nearby. Ferries to Newcastle Island, Protection Island, and Gabriola Island are just short walk away; all are ideal for a day trip of hiking or biking. Nanaimo has several parks and conservation areas that offer very interesting hikes. Moreover, Nanaimo's central island location is well suited for day trips to all sorts of great hiking and sightseeing destinations on Vancouver Island. There are also several excellent golf courses available at reasonable prices. As a result, even though you are staying in a fabulously appointed townhome, you will feel compelled to get out and enjoy the best of Vancouver Island!

Picture Perfect Paradise

We just wrapped up our extended holiday stay at Harry and Tammy's beautiful harbor side home in Nanaimo and couldn't wait to leave our review in the hopes that other fortunate folks might some day share the same great experience we had. Our check in process could not have been more convenient or easy with super simple instructions along with very prompt communications from Super Hosts Harry and Tammy. We were impressed by the many personal touches these wonderful folks took the time to provide to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. We won't spoil your surprises - you'll just have to see for yourself when you stay! Thanks again guys!!! As far as the townhome goes - we couldn't have asked for anything more. Everything one needs is already there exactly where you'd expect it to be from spices to utensils to cleaning supplies, et al. All the appliances were great. The furnishings are top notch, comfortable and very well thought out. The ensuite bathrooms were a delight as were the beds and linens. We got a kick out of the "app" driven ceiling fan - literally, too cool. The highlight of the place, of course, is the wonderful patio looking across at the stunning harbor and distant snow capped mountains. Location, location, location. We couldn't wait each day to take our 40 minute round trip speed walk to the northernmost end of the boardwalk and back. We loved eating lunch outside most every day while taking in the sights, including people and dogs and puddle hoppers taking off and landing. Never a dull moment! This location proved incredibly convenient with many restaurants, shops and a full grocery store just a short walk away. Downtown and Old Nanaimo are both within easy walking distance. If you want to venture further out, there are many, many stunning local trails within a 10-30 minute drive. You'll find several resources in the home to point you in the right direction. We highly recommend walking 5 minutes and taking the $5 ferry to NewCastle Island and making a day of it hiking the island. Even Victoria, Butchart Gardens and Tofino are fairly easy day trips. We could go on and on, but you get the point. In our opinion, this is a can't miss property that 2-4 folks would enjoy immensely - located in a truly wonderful and scenic part of the world surrounded by really wonderful Canadians. We feel blessed to have lived in this picture perfect paradise for a while and know you'll feel the same way. Thanks one last time Harry and Tammy.

Moderne et lumineux mais surtout avec la proximité et la vue sur l'océan et le port de Nanaimo

Le mois de mai 2017 passé à Harbourfront a été très agréable. Nous retournerons, c'est certain. Au coeur des activités urbaine et nautique, ce que nous aimons beaucoup. Cette heureuse proximité avec le Pacifique occasionne des moments heureux: levers de soleil magnifiques, journée de farniente et soirées douces. Toutefois, il serait intéressant d'installer une climatisation plus efficace que les ventilateurs qui s'y trouvent. Nous avons aussi été incommodés par le bruyant volume de la laveuse et de la sécheuse à linge. Malgré ces détails, nous n'hésiterons pas à retourner pour y séjourner.

Harbour Home

We enjoyed our very recent one month stay in this beautifully appointed townhouse. Along with the view, the people watching, the float planes coming and going, it was wonderful to step outside onto the promenade that edged the harbour. We loved our walks, rain or no rain (it was the wettest March in 61 years). The townhouse was well equipped: kitchen, bathroom, bedrooms and we had no trouble settling in. The town centre is steps away and Old Town is within walking distance. When we drove, we also enjoyed the easy access to other parts of the Island, Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Duncan, Ladysmith for the Old, Chemainus for the dinner theatre production of Pride and Prejudice which was excellent. When we chose to stay in, we enjoyed the available entertainment on Netflix. We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine from a local winery. On our arrival, within hours of being advised of an internet connection problem (server problem), the issue was handled promptly by our hosts, Harry and Tammy. No complaints whatsoever...we are more than happy to recommend this property.

Amazing Waterfront Townhouse

I am writing this on our last night in this beautiful oceanfront condo. From the living room, I watching the last hint of daylight on the water...tremendous. This has been home for a month, and it has been a perfect stay. Tammy and Harry made the entire process easy, from booking, checking in, and were very responsive to any questions we had. From the condo, it is easy to explore Nanaimo, or to watch the activity on the water. The location is ideal for getting out and walking, and for checking out many of the sites in Nanaimo and very convenient if you need to make a quick trip to Vancouver. We have stayed in a number of other rentals, but this one is A+. Thank you Harry and Tammy. We will be back.

Everything is First Class!

The location, furnishings, amenities, helpfulness of our hosts were top notch. Right down to the umbrellas, fancy soap dishes and needed air conditioning unit in the master bedroom.

On our very first visit to the Nanaimo Harbour , we fell in love instantly with the view. The harbour will always be our "happy place" and the reason we chose to live in Nanaimo. Our hearts knew this was the home of our future.
