At the front of the complex is the communal pool – a refreshing focal point for carefree holidays. The approx. 50 m² pool (10 × 5 m, 1.20–2 m deep, not heated, open from 1 January to 31 December) is located on a pool terrace and is equipped with sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. From here, there is a sweeping view of the sea and the gently rolling hills on the eastern coast of the Mani region – perfect holiday moments full of tranquillity and panoramic views over the bay of Gythion.

The Jassemi holiday home enjoys an attractive corner location, approximately 20 metres from the pool, picturesquely overlooking the sea on the edge of Mavrovouni, and offers the perfect Mediterranean retreat for your holiday for two. The comfortably furnished house boasts two beautiful terraces: a canvas-covered front terrace and a spacious, secluded rear terrace with a barbecue and traditional farmhouse oven – ideal for balmy summer evenings under the starry sky. Please note that from June 1st to September 1st, a general ban on grilling and open fires applies on site due to the increased risk of wildfires. Inside, guests will find a bright, harmoniously designed living and sleeping area with an open-plan kitchen, bathroom and direct access to both terraces. Modern comfort combines with Mediterranean flair to create an atmosphere where you immediately feel at home.

Two comfortable sun loungers are available at the communal pool – perfect for reading, dreaming and relaxing. The fine sandy beach of Mavrovouni is about 800 metres away, accessible via a charming path through the small alleys of the village.
