The area is fenced and inside there is a private parking space assigned to the apartment for the exclusive use of guests. The seaside promenade is a 5-minute walk away. There are numerous restaurants, fish bars and cafes by the sea. In season, there is a guarded bathing area on the beach in Stegna.
The outside area is closed. Entry to the premises of the complex takes place through a gate with a code or a car, through a gate opened with a remote control.
The Baltic Studio 45 apartment has an area of 25 square meters and a covered balcony of 9 square meters with a table and chairs. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, filter coffee machine, set of dishes and cutlery. The apartment has a large double bed (145 cm) and a sofa bed (120 cm), a table with chairs, a desk to work with a laptop and a Flat 40 "TV with DVBT channels. The apartment is located on the third floor, in a building with an elevator. the bathroom has a washbasin, a cabinet for cosmetics, a hair dryer and a large shower cubicle (120 cm) with a linear drain.
The surrounding area is full of attractions, bars, restaurants and the beach (450 meters). Nearby, there is also the entrance to the R10 bicycle path, which you can travel through the entire Vistula Spit, from Piaski to Mikoszewo.
