Villa Benincasa The flat "Villa S.Margherita" with sea view . can accommodate 2 + 2 persons: 2 in a comfortable double room and 2 in another double room on the second floor ( on a mezzanine ) plus 2 further places in the double sofa bed in the living room. It has a spacious and well equipped kitchen and dining room and is an airy, bright and sunny house; it overlooks the garden on two sides and has a covered patio facing the panorama of the sea and the Aeolian Archipelago and Tindari.
The living room is on the side of the house that overlooks the splendid panorama of the gulf of Tindari and Marinello. Outside, the magnificent veranda with sea view and garden with palm trees, orange and lemon trees, spices and herbs, rose bushes, flowers and plants make for a pleasant stay in a peaceful and natural environment. The swimming pool is within walking distance at about 50 metres and the restaurant is about 150 metres away where you can ask the owner for explanations about excursions to the Aeolian islands and more.
