This detached holiday home with 2 holiday flats is located in the heart of a remarkable landscape at 1310 metres above sea level, in a small holiday settlement, three kilometres from the Klippitz ski area and nine kilometres from the centre of Bad St. Leonhard. As the house with its 7500 mÂČ property is situated on the edge of the forest, it offers its guests plenty of peace, rest and relaxation. The sunny location on the edge of the forest is much appreciated by guests.

The ZirbenstĂŒberl holiday flat for 10 people is located on the upper floor of the Alm' Ferienhaus Gaisegg on the Klippitztörl.
The holiday flat has a winter garden with sun terrace and sauna house outside. The property is fenced and has five parking spaces directly in front of the holiday home. Pets are very welcome. A free WLAN internet connection is available. You can relax in the neighbouring forest, where numerous amenities await you. There is a barbecue area, a campsite with a tepee, a pond, a dog meadow, a children's playground and places to relax. All of this is available for guests to use free of charge. Depending on your preferences, you can find peace and seclusion here, but also enjoy lively entertainment with attractions in the immediate vicinity. Hiking trails lead directly from the holiday home. Serviced huts can be found in the immediate vicinity. Bathing lakes are within a radius of 50 kilometres and thermal spas are also nearby. The cities of Klagenfurt and Graz are just an hour's drive away. The Klippitz ski area with summer toboggan run and climbing garden is just three kilometres away.
