La Moixella is a typical Catalan country house from the 18th century, completely made of stone and restored with period furniture.
La Moixella is located in the village of Lladurs, which has no urban centre. It is in a flat rural area, surrounded by fields and forests, in the middle of nature, pre-Pyrenean Pyrenees of Lleida. Located 23 km from the ski resort of Port del Comte and 9 km from the city of Solsona, where you can find all kinds of services, restaurants, hospital, supermarkets, bars, etc. Located 112 km from Barcelona. The owners live 2 km away in the same forest farm.
On the first floor there are four bedrooms, two double rooms with a bed of 150 cm by 200 cm and a 21 cm thick mattress, equipped with chest of drawers, wardrobe and chairs. Another room with two single beds of 90 cm by 190 cm with wardrobe, table and chairs. The fourth bedroom has three single beds measuring 90 cm by 190 cm with wardrobe, dressing table and chairs. There are two bathrooms, one with small bath, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. The other bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. The house is equipped with bed linen, towels and baby cots, washing machine and iron.
It has 170 m2. It is distributed on two floors. On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, a living-dining room with fireplace, TV, DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and all kitchenware. A triple room with a bed of 150 cm by 200 m and a single bed of 90 cm by 190 m and a bathroom with bath, toilet, washbasin, bidet, hairdryer and magnifying mirror. This room and the bathroom are equipped for people with reduced mobility.
It has a covered porch with table and chairs. Ping pong room. Children's playground. Private swimming pool of 8 m by 4 m and is fenced, there are sunbeds and sunshades.
