Surrounded by a carefree atmosphere, shielded from any traffic, this residence offers the perfect base for an unforgettable break.
The flat itself is located on the 2nd floor and comprises approx. 45 mÂČ of living space. The entrance leads you directly into a cosy living/kitchen room, which is furnished with a double sofa bed (room for 2 people), a fully equipped kitchen (including 4 burners, oven, coffee machine, toaster, fridge) and a dining table for 6 people. Other amenities include satellite TV, a bedroom with a double bed and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom. The highlight is the super sea view directly from the kitchen window. The bathroom offers a refreshing shower. WLAN and a private car park on the property round off the offer. Pets are welcome (max. 2).
The outdoor area features an inviting balcony with table and chairs, perfect for morning coffee breaks or cosy dinners in the open air.
