Suspended between water and sky with a view of an everlasting spectacle, the two-room Cezanne apartment has a fantastic sun terrace with stone walls from which to dominate the lake and Montisola, a charming tourist resort and the largest lake island in central and southern Europe. An identical sensation of amazement is left by the heated swimming pool, literally stretching forward to offer you a breathtaking panorama.
Spread over 45 square metres and with a beautiful sunbathing garden at the entrance accessible by lift, Cezanne is distinguished by its strong shabby style and the skilful use of walnut for parquet flooring, window frames, chairs and furnishings. The living room houses the corner kitchen with oven, induction hob, moka coffee maker and dishwasher, wicker chairs and a round table, the relaxation area with TV corner, sofa bed with footrest and the panoramic full-wall double French window for access to the sun terrace, which is also possible from the double bedroom with spacious wardrobe. In the bathroom there is a Class A+ washing machine, the sanitary fittings are suspended; for heating there are radiators. A parking space is available with lift to the floor, unlimited Wi-Fi.
