A relaxing holiday in unspoilt nature, surrounded by cornfields, olive groves, sunflowers, orchards and forests. It is a paradise for hiking enthusiasts and marvellous hiking trails lead through a dreamlike panorama. There are also wonderful trails for mountain bike enthusiasts. Vellaneta offers a marvellous view of the highest peaks of the Appenine mountain range: Monte Petrano, Monte Nerone, Monte Catria and Monte Acuto. This 65-hectare estate, situated at an altitude of 550 metres, was once home to farming families who worked the land. The stone farmhouse, where several families lived, and the hay barn, both dating from the 16th century, have been faithfully restored, preserving their characteristic style. By the way, we are only an hour's drive from the Umbertide and Conero golf courses!

The Aurora flat has a living room/kitchen with sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is equipped with a "Mocca" for Italian coffee, a coffee machine for filter coffee, a toaster, a kettle, a large fridge with freezer compartment, an electric cooker with four hotplates and microwave, TV-SAT, a large bedroom furnished with a super king-size bed, a bathroom, terrace and garden.
Gubbio and Urbino are 30 km from our country house, the sea is half an hour's drive away.
For our guests there is a spacious, tastefully furnished lounge, on the ground floor of the main house, with a library, a piano, a fireplace, and cosy corners for reading and relaxing. From the lounge there is access to a large veranda with a marvellous view over the mountains and the garden, where you can enjoy a glass of good wine in the evening while watching the enchanting sunset. Our agriturismo is particularly suitable for couples and families with older children.
