A cosy and compact flat, very modern in its furnishings and equipment, with lots of light, a terrace that doubles as a space and access to the communal swimming pool. A perfect base for a couple's holiday by the lake to be lived in comfort.
The holiday home Lights on the Lake, located in Parzanica and overlooking Lake Iseo, is a two-roomed apartment of 42 m2 divided with practical rationality: a bright living room with an open kitchen and television corner, a comfortable bedroom with a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom. The flat has modern and functional furnishings and is dominated by light, thanks to the large French windows in the living room and the bedroom, both of which open onto the terrace that embraces two sides of the house: in fine weather this represents a true extension of the domestic space, is equipped with an extendable awning and conveniently allows dining outside. It also communicates with a small garden, also owned by the house. The view from the terrace is priceless and soothing, allowing one's gaze to travel over the lake and the surrounding green mountain amphitheatre.
The living room is dominated by the white kitchenette: modern and perfectly equipped, it offers induction hobs, an electric oven and built-in microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher, and a coffee machine. Just beyond - opposite the large window - comes the living area, with dining table and sofa opposite the smart TV. In this room there is also a split air conditioner, capable of cooling the entire house (heating is provided by the radiators in each room).
The bathroom is large and complete: in addition to the wall-hung bathroom fittings - washbasin, toilet and bidet - there is a shower cubicle and washing machine. The bedroom is a cosy and restful room: also potentially very bright thanks to the French window overlooking the terrace, it has a double bed and full-height wardrobes. The split for air conditioning is also present here. The flooring of the entire flat is made of large slabs of porcelain stoneware in the typical mottled colours of travertine. Lights on the Lake is equipped with wi-fi.
The flat's cosiness is made complete by the presence of a shared swimming pool, surrounded by a lawn that serves as a solarium: a great asset that - in the period from 15 May to 30 September - allows idle holidaymakers to spend entire days without moving. Reserved for flat guests only (and not for any visitors), the swimming pool is governed by sets of common sense and hygiene rules that regulate access to it and which guests are asked to respect, along with the hours of silence and other house rules inspired by good use of the premises and respect for the environment.
