Immersed in the lush green hills of the Marche region, this pretty little villa is located in Contrada San Lorenzo, in Treia, in the province of Macerata. It is a detached house
completely surrounded by maritime pines and tall trees, perfect for those seeking a refuge in nature, far from the noise and chaos of everyday life. Despite being close to
a bar and a restaurant frequented by hikers, the house enjoys absolute tranquillity and a secluded location, making it ideal for a relaxing holiday.
The property is reached via an unpaved tree-lined driveway, which leads to the cottage on the left. On arrival there are two reserved parking spaces and, on the
opposite, an additional space for additional vehicles or for children to play freely, next to a comfortable wooden tool shed.
The facility is on two staggered levels. On the ground floor there is a spacious double bedroom with a relaxation corner, perfect for moments of reading or rest, and an external bathroom
equipped with shower and washing machine. The main entrance opens onto a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The sleeping area comprises a double bedroom, a small bedroom with bunk beds and a second bathroom with shower. The house is air-conditioned to ensure comfort in all seasons.
