The time-out villa is ideally located in the countryside, making it the perfect base at any time of year and the ideal holiday address for stress sufferers and those seeking peace and quiet on their way back to nature. The holiday home is located 35 km north of the lively university city of Murcia and is well connected to the A30 motorway (Blanca exit) and the towns of Blanca and Ricote. The beaches of the Costa CĂĄlida, the Mar Menor and the ancient harbour town of Cartagena, which is well worth a visit, can be reached in around an hour's drive. We recommend a hire car for your stay, with Alicante or Murcia as the destination airports, for unforgettable days in a natural paradise all year round
- In spring, the colourful almond, apricot and peach blossom and the Easter celebrations of Semana Santa attract visitors. The first harvest tastes good in early summer. Fresh fruit and vegetables from the region can be bought at the weekly markets in Blanca, Ricote or Archena.
- In summer, a light, pleasant breeze blows and the private pool delights young and old alike. The summer holidays become chill-out time - the evening BBQ with a sundowner and a view of the mountains becomes a cherished feast with your favourite people.
- Autumn still offers wonderfully warm days and is perfect for hiking and mountain biking tours or for "simply soaking up the sun again". The olive harvest brings freshly pressed olive oil to the mills. "From hand to mouth" - almond harvest directly on the premises! Well signposted hiking trails around the Valle de Ricote and Sierra de Ricote invite you to go on extended tours in the immediate vicinity of the villa. The orange and lemon blossom intoxicates the senses.
- The Spanish winter sun warms you during the day and the brightness recharges your energy batteries. The time-out villa counters the coolness of the night with a cosy, chalet-style open fire and central heating in the house.

Four cosy bedrooms and two bathrooms with showers offer space for a total of seven guests plus a small child, as there is also a foldable cot available. The lounge with its cosy seating area in front of the fireplace, Wi-Fi and TV (including German-language channels and radio) is a comfortable place to be. The fully equipped kitchen with double fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, gas hob, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle, blender and a dining area with morning sun is available for individual self-catering and free time management. The fantastic gallery level on the upper floor features a chill and workation area, a private, multilingual library, a music system with CDs of various genres and access to the roof terrace.

The terrace, which is directly accessible from the kitchen, with BBQ and outdoor seating area, guarantees short distances and barbecue experiences with fantastic views of the mountains. A total of four furnished, partially covered terraces with views in all four directions invite you to relax during the day or stargaze and moonbathe at night. The private pool is beautifully embedded in the landscape and offers pool loungers for sun-seekers, a covered lounge area for chatting with family and friends and, of course, cooling off and fun for water fans. Relaxing in the hammock is the order of the day. The 9000 square metre, fenced plot is planted with the olive and almond trees typical of the Campo, with flowering oleander bushes and a variety of trees and shrubs. Dogs are very welcome - if required, there is even a dog kennel with a separate off-leash area. The wide driveway with lockable gate borders the little-used but tarmac road, and there are numerous parking spaces available on the grounds.

The special facilities: A ground-level, rectangular activity area of over 100 square metres on the premises, yoga mats and meditation cushions for all guests as well as the chill area in the gallery with a spacious work table including free Wi-Fi offer the best conditions for various event formats in small groups. Whether Qi Gong, Pilates, Tai Chi and meditation or mastermind groups with writing and author workshops, offline meetings, walk & talk or workation, subletting or events with unregistered persons are not permitted. In the case of firmly booked seminar groups, the organiser is deemed to be the tenant.

The rocks of the Valle de Ricote tower impressively into the steel-blue sky in sensational formations. Thousands of lemon and orange trees enchant the valley with their lush green colour and wonderful fruit. The intoxicating scent wafts through the air during the orange blossom season. The wind elegantly moves the palm fronds. The Moorish origins of the settlements are recognisable everywhere, as the Valle de Ricote reminded the Moors of their Moroccan valleys, among other things. Norias, the large, often wooden water wheels, are both a functioning and silent testimony to this time. Numerous well-marked hiking and walking trails lead through the valley or up the mountains, depending on the level of interest and difficulty. The views and vistas are always breathtaking and fascinating. The highest peak is called Los Almeces and is reached at 1122 metres above sea level. The neighbouring mountains are the territory of the local ibex, and hiking and climbing fans will love the wonderfully wooded mountain slopes of the Sierra de Ricote and the wildly rugged, varied Campo de Ricote above the valley. Almond and olive trees dominate the vegetation here, particularly impressive with the pink and white almond blossoms in spring. Rabbits feel at home here, the butterflies flutter around and the morning bird concerts are a delight. The evening fades into late autumn with chirping crickets, while the night delights curious stargazers and moonlight fans. The Mirador Alto del Bayna near Blanca, a viewing platform above the river, offers a unique, relaxed all-round view. The Azud de Ojós reservoir is a fresh water reserve, energy supplier, bird paradise and paddling area all in one. The Balneario de Archena thermal complex offers thermal baths, high-quality medical services and beauty treatments on an area of more than 200,000 square metres, located directly in the Valle de Ricote Nature Park. The surrounding towns of the holiday home are Blanca (4 km, approx. 6,500 inhabitants), Abarån (8 km, approx. 13,000 inhabitants) and Cieza (14 km, approx. 35,000 inhabitants) to the north-west and Ricote (5 km, approx. 1,500 inhabitants), Archena (14 km, approx. 20,000 inhabitants) and Murcia (35 km, approx. 450,000 inhabitants) to the south-east. Blanca already offers the complete infrastructure of shops for daily needs, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants, bars/cafés. In Ricote there is a weekly market on Tuesdays and in Blanca on Thursdays, both in the morning.
