DĂ©tendez-vous sur le Bayou dans notre Cabin 'Big Cajun'

Belle construit sur mesure Cajun Cabin, avec une cuisine entiÚrement équipée, salon et salle de bain complÚte. Intérieur de la cabine est rustique et est construit de cyprÚs et de pins vierge récupéré.

La cabine dispose d'un lit queen-size dans la chambre principale et deux lits jumeaux-size dans la deuxiÚme chambre, avec un canapé et siÚge de l'amour dans le salon. La salle de bain a une baignoire / douche.

La cabine dispose d'une grande télévision dans le salon et est équipé de WiFi et DirectTV.

La cabine est construite sur la propriĂ©tĂ© juste Ă  cĂŽtĂ© de Pierre Bay partie. Il ya une grande darse couverte oĂč vous pouvez pĂȘcher ou amarrer votre bateau. Il ya une rampe Ă  distance de marche oĂč vous pouvez lancer votre bateau soit Ă  poissons ou simplement explorer les magnifiques cours d'eau environnants Pierre Part, y compris le lac Verret et Belle River.

Vous pouvez mĂȘme apercevoir des Ă©toiles de gens des marais pendant votre sĂ©jour! Rainbow Inn, un lieu de tournage frĂ©quente pour le spectacle, est juste en face de la baie de la cabine et est Ă  distance de marche.

La cabine est Ă  environ une heure de route de la capitale de l'Louisiane Baton Rouge et d'entraĂźnement d'environ 1. 5 heures pour Historic New Orleans. La plantation maison Houmas House est 29 miles de la cabine, et Oak Alley maison de plantation est environ 30 miles de la cabine.

De nombreuses possibilitĂ©s d'aventure peuvent ĂȘtre disponibles, en fonction de la saison. Ceux-ci peuvent inclure crawfishing, crabe, brandebourgs, pĂȘche en eau douce, la pĂȘche au filet du cerceau et des visites du bassin de l'Atchafalaya. This cabin had everything we needed. So peaceful being able to sit in the rocking chairs each morning with our coffees and stare at the water. Excellent descriptions on the website and owner was very helpful. Definitely a must stay each time I am in the area.

WoW..just amazing..

We love this place. We were there 10 years ago for my birthday, so we decided to go back this year. It's an amazing place to stay. It was such a healing place my wife just loved to just relax on the porch. Enjoy the scenery and the friendlest folks in the neighborhood I've ever encountered over there. Eddie & Marilyn kept checking on us. I had car problems when I first got there and Kept checking to see if they could help me. We hope to return in September, but this time for 2 weeks... If you miss an opportunity to stay there, you will regret it. You actually feel like you're sitting in Mayberry its so laid back.and peaceful .and the fishing..its Great..

Awesome Property

I loved this cabin, beautifully decorated, exceptionally clean, very quiet. I love Pierre Part and this cabin is right in the village, and is across the road from the river, we sat on the swing in the evenings watching the river go by. Everything about the cabin is wonderful, Marilyn and Eddie are wonderful and easy to get along with, they made our stay easy and seamless. Eddie gives a great swamp tour if you are interested. Loved every minute, our stay went by way too fast, wish we were still there.

Bayou Fun

This was the second time we stayed here. It’s a beautiful relaxing place to stay. It is very well maintained and everything is clean and welcoming. Mr. and Mrs. Lambert are the nicest hosts. They checked on us and made sure we had everything we needed. Mr. Lambert took us on a swamp tour that was the highlight of our trip. He was so knowledgeable about the area and a very good tour guide. I would highly recommend you stay here if your going to that part of Louisiana.

A very nice cottage style cabin on Pierre part bay

Nice dock on water, very near a boat landing for convenience, in Pierre part. Go shop the Pierre part store while your in the area. Very clean cabin.

Great location

We had a great time took our party barge with us and the launch is right next to the dock it was convenient. Cabin was super clean and very well kept up. We were able to dock our boat overnight at the dock that comes with the house. That makes to where we didn’t have to pull it in and out of the water. We will stay here again.

Father's Day Getaway

Perfect in every way! Boat dock/launch and bait shop within 1 minute walking distance! Grocery store within 5 minutes! Landry's Restaurant - delicious/authentic cajun food (I should know, I am 100% cajun) within 5 minutes! Water access to lake and fishing canals couldn't be easier! The cabin was spotless! Very comfortable beds, well stocked towels/linens, kitchen had extras, and front porch rockers overlooking the bayou was just beautiful! The owners, Eddie and Marilyn were super nice and accommodating! We will definitely be coming here again!!

Wonderful cabin, wonderful location

We wanted a cabin with character off the beaten path, and this was exactly what we were after. The cabin is very spacious and beautiful inside. The dock across the street is perfect for just relaxing and watching the bayou. I can’t think of a thing that could be done better.

Thanksgiving with Family

My husband’s family is from the area so we visit often but always feel imposing. We booked the cabin so we had our own little space with our 1 year old for Thanksgiving. My husband’s brothers and their families and his mother came for the day for Thanksgiving lunch and it couldn’t have been more perfect. This could easily become our go to place when visiting. We loved it!

Great cabin in Pierre Part

This is a great place to stay if you bring a boat to Pierre Part. There is a boat ramp within 50 yards of the cabin. The bay stays calm even when the lake is rough because of winds. The owners are very friendly. They take good care of you. I highly recommend the Cajun Cabin Retreat.

Perfect Family Getaway

My parents, sister, brother-in-law and 9 month old niece stayed here for my wedding weekend! It was the perfect location for my out-of-state guests! They loved the décor and proximity of the cabin to all things in Pierre Part. One of their favorite things was to sit on the dock across the property and wave to all of the boats coming in from Lake Verett! A big thank you to the Lambert Family for opening up their home to our family! Will not hesitate to stay here again in the future!

Perfect for us!

My husband is from Pierre Part and we go 3 - 4 times a year to visit his parents. This cabin is literally less than 5 minutes from their house. The cabin had everything we needed. It is very well kept. Marilyn and Eddie were very available any time we needed anything (we didn't, I just knew they were there if we did). This trip we brought our daughter and grandsons (ages 2 and 5). The boys enjoyed playing on the private dock. They looked for alligators (we didn't see any...lol). We did plenty of eagles and other birds though. The kids really enjoyed themselves. My husband and I said we will stay here every time we visit moving forward! It's just the perfect place for us!!!

Since we built our cabins, we have met so many interesting people from as far away as Canada, Germany, France and Australia. We are looking forward to meeting many more and can't wait to help you enjoy and explore our beautiful state.

We love South Louisiana, because our way of life is very unique. Within a very short driving distance, there are so many places to see and adventures to experience. Louisiana is often referred to as 'Sportsman's Paradise.' This is so true!

The nearby Atchafalaya Basin is the nation's largest river swamp, containing almost one million acres of America's most significant bottomland hardwoods, swamps, bayous, and backwater lakes.

When you launch your boat into Pierre Part Bay, you will have access to endless waterways, including Lake Verret and Belle River. Bring your own fishing gear to experience some of the best fresh-water fishing in the country. If you are a bass fisherman, you can access bass-fishing paradise through Bayou Boeuf, Flat Lake, Lake Verret, Six Mile Lake, Lower Atchafalaya River, Bayou Long, Duck Lake and many others.

Numerous day trips are available including plantation tours of historic River Road Plantations, the Louisiana Capitol City of Baton Rouge, the French Quarter, the National World War II Museum, Audubon Zoo, the Aquarium of the Americas all located in historic and fun-filled New Orleans.
