This accommodation facility is situated on a 2000 mÂČ plot, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation. The tastefully furnished holiday home has a living area of 350 mÂČ and is spread over two floors.
On the mezzanine floor there is a dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and an open space for relaxation, a guest bathroom and a laundry room. In the laundry room you will find a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and a hoover. The kitchen is made of walnut wood and is equipped with a gas cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator and a small cooking island for preparing breakfast or a small snack. The adjacent open-plan living room has a coffee table, a sofa and two sofas, as well as a flat-screen TV and a fireplace, which you are welcome to use. The bright living area invites you to relax. It has a wardrobe, a bookcase and two armchairs. The bathroom on this level is equipped with a steam shower, a bathtub with hydromassage and massage jets, a bidet, a washbasin and a large mirror, as well as a bright chest of drawers. The staircase, bordered by a white railing, leads to the upper floor. The flat comprises four stylishly furnished and bright bedrooms, as well as another large bathroom. Three bedrooms each have a double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The fourth bedroom has two single beds (90x200 cm each), a desk and a corner wardrobe. A baby cot/crib can be provided free of charge. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, toilet and washbasin. All living and bedroom areas are air-conditioned. The individual rooms in the holiday home are tastefully and exceptionally furnished. Most of the furniture is made of solid wood, as are the door and window frames. The interplay of materials and the sophisticated design of the furniture give each room a rustic yet elegant charm.
The 53 mÂČ outdoor area of the holiday accommodation includes, among other things, a covered outdoor kitchen and an indoor swimming pool for the exclusive use of the house guests. The relaxation area by the pool is equipped with sun loungers, seating and tables and is covered in eucalyptus parquet. The outdoor kitchen is equipped with a gas cooker, worktop, sink, dining table with chairs, refrigerator and freezer. There is also a high-quality grill. The outside kitchen, which has a sloping roof, can be closed if necessary to allow you to eat outside while still being protected from the wind. Deck chairs and seating areas with tables are available for relaxing and sunbathing. You have the possibility of using four outdoor parking spaces free of charge. The house is located on a private (asphalted) road.
Please note that the property is a non-smoking facility and pets are not allowed. On the ground floor there is a studio used by the owner. On the upper floor Internet access is only available via LAN (cable) connection. Four bicycles and a child seat are at your disposal.
Despite the quiet location of the holiday home, shops, nightclubs and hiking trails are within easy reach. The nearest grocery shop is only 150 metres away, while the hiking trail is only 50 metres away. Only 1.5 km away you will find bars and restaurants, a tennis court and a golf course for sports enthusiasts, as well as the sea. The Val di Mazara extends over the vast geographical area from Palermo to Agrigento. It is strongly influenced by the Arab-Norman architectural heritage and many Greek archaeological sites are known throughout the world. In addition to visiting the many churches and monuments, free time can be spent in various other ways: wine and food tastings in the region's best wineries, visits to the islands and excursions to the nature parks along the coast, sports activities (e.g. cycling, windsurfing, kitesurfing, kayaking, sailing), yoga and cooking courses, and much more. Upon request, the owners will be happy to provide expert tour guides and sports coaches or help with the rental of cars, bicycles or sports equipment.
