The former winegrower's house is located in the centre of a vineyard between vines and pastureland. The idyllic tranquillity is not disturbed by any neighbours or through traffic. The property is located between Szentbekkala and Köveskal in the beautiful Kali basin of the Balaton plateau. In both villages there are numerous good restaurants and wine taverns open all year round. Both villages can be reached on foot in about 10-20 minutes. Lake Balaton (BALATON) can be reached in approx. 12 minutes by car. Numerous water sports are available (sailing, SUP, wake-board, etc.) In the surrounding area there are numerous small former volcanoes, which offer an excellent opportunity for hiking and biking. The countless private wine taverns offer a culinary highlight. It is also possible to organise a private wine tasting on site.
The house offers 145 square metres of luxury for relaxation and recreation for the whole family. The lower level includes a "master bedroom" of approx. 25 square metres, a dining room with table for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, etc.), two toilets, a bathroom with shower and washing machine. There is also a TV room, a relaxation room and a sauna for 6 people.
Outside there is a covered terrace with a huge dining table for 6-8 people and a gas barbecue. There is also a heated pool (3*2m) and a hot tub for 6 people.
