Andy's Retreat est une base confortable, spacieuse et pratique pour se détendre et explorer Portland & Coastal Maine. Nous sommes situés juste à côté de la sortie 53 du Maine Turnpike, à seulement 15 minutes (15 $ Uber) du Vieux-Port (centre-ville de Portland), 20 minutes de LL Bean / Freeport Outlets / Scarborough Beach, 30 minutes du lac Sebago, 1 heure de Shawnee Peak & 1. 5 heures à Sunday River. Nous sommes à seulement 1. 5 miles d'un grand supermarché Hannaford, Dunkin 'Donuts et Madden's Irish Pub - un restaurant familial / bar avec une excellente cuisine!

La maison offre beaucoup d'intimité et dispose d'une piscine extérieure chauffée de 20 x 40 (ouverte et chauffée jusqu'à 78 degrés en juin - Fête du travail), d'un bain à remous Hot Springs pour 8 personnes, d'un système de climatisation central (réglé à 76 degrés), d'un barbecue en plein air et d'un ballon de basket Cerceau, Internet haute vitesse 100 Mo, (2) téléviseurs à écran plat avec câble, Netflix et Amazon Prime.

Nous fournissons tout ce dont vous avez besoin (sauf la nourriture!) du linge propre, serviettes, propane, shampoing, savon, condiments de cuisine, laveuse / sécheuse et fournitures de nettoyage!

Avec une grande cuisine, un îlot de cuisine central et une véranda adjacente, il y a beaucoup de place pour toute la famille pour profiter de la cuisine et passer du temps ensemble.

Les invités passés apprécient que l'aile arrière de la maison contient (3) des chambres à coucher et 2. 0 bains. Cet arrangement permet de cuisiner / socialiser dans l'aile avant et d'intimité / calme dans l'aile arrière!

L'aile avant de la maison a une autre chambre et 1/2 salle de bain. Les anciens clients ont également apprécié et commenté notre piscine chauffée, notre jacuzzi Hot Springs, notre machine à expresso Breville, notre solarium, notre chaîne hi-fi résidentielle, notre laverie au premier étage et notre quartier paisible - idéal pour une promenade ou une course à pied!

Notre heure d'arrivée est 15h et le départ est 11h, mais nous pouvons souvent accueillir d'autres arrangements!

Oasis Close to Town

Andy’s place is wonderful! We felt at home the moment we walked in. We live in the mountains in the West and wanted a place to relax at a pool while being close to Portland. The house was welcoming and cozy. The art, the gorgeous windchime, the pool, and the yard were so peaceful. We are so so happy that we chose Andy’s home for our stay. Highly recommend.

Amazing Summer Getaway at Andy's

A group of seven of us (2 families with adult children) stayed at Andy's on our week long visit to the Portland area and we loved it! House was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. We were there during a heat wave, but the house AC kept everyone comfortable and the pool was just what the doctor ordered! Andy was super responsive to questions and it was very apparent that making sure everyone has a great stay is his top priority. If you're looking for a place to stay that's very convenient to the Portland area (about a 20 minute drive), look no further!

Amazing property in a convenient location

Our group LOVED this property. Andy, the owner, did an amazing job preparing for our stay, keeping us updated on any weather events that were happening, and asking us if we needed anything. The fact that Andy paid attention to small details, like having shampoo, soap, and even make-up wipes made the stay even more enjoyable for our group. The house was great -- nice pool and spa, wonderful outdoor seating, spacious living room(s) and kitchen. We took advantage of the pool and hot tub just about every day we were there and loved it. The location is perfect, only minutes away from downtown Portland. I highly recommend this property and would gladly stay again.

Our ME Getaway

Andy's Place was the ideal home for our family which included my husband and myself as well as our daughters who are 18 and 22 and my parents in their 70's. Plenty of space so we never felt crowded and could stay up late/get up early without disturbing anyone. Also the pool and hot tub as well as other amenities were a great bonus especially. Really enjoyed thehot tub in the evenings after a long day exploring light houses or spending time at local beaches.

Great spot just outside Portland!

Lots of amenities, great location, house was very clean and provided the essentials. Unfortunately we didn't get to use the pool or hot tub much due to inclement weather. Since we were inside so much we wanted to relax in the sun room, but we found out that the shades in there actually don't retract, so that was a bummer. We brought this up with Andy and he was very responsive to our questions/concerns. Regardless, we would stay here again!

Wow!!! What a wonderful place. There was so many things provided like soap, paper products, extra towels and bedding, face wipes, shampoo and conditioner, vacuum, games, coffee, tea, cleaning products. The house was clean and well equipped. The owner was friendly and helpful but not over bearing. The amenities were great and good and safe location. Recommended for family or friend get together.

Nice clean house.

It was nice. We missed the small print about the pool being closed though. Quite a disappointment on that note. We made a quick decision to rent because it had a pool for the kids. Should have done our due diligence. But other than that it was a nice place.

Another perfect week at Andy’s retreat

What a gem! This is our second time staying at Andy’s. We are two families with three kids aged 10, 11, and 13. The space is perfect in terms of having privacy and room but also all being able to hang out together indoors and out. The pool and hot top are splendid. The home is well equipped with all the basics you need including towels for the pool. Andy is very responsive and helpful. We love staying here. Great location - quick drive to Portland, Freeport, and beaches.

Aces for Andy

Glorious house, pool, and hot tub. Loved the solarium and appreciated the central AC as it was a very warm week for Maine. There were 2 children and 2 adults staying in the house, but we have family nearby and the kitchen and adjoining rooms accommodate a large group easily. Amenities like towels, paper towels, bathsoap were provided. We really look forward to returning in 2023. Also host kept in close touch via text and even sent weather alerts.

Best vacation ever ❤️

The pictures do not do this property justice. The skylights in the living room provide the most beautiful light. The cozy couches were perfect for cuddling up with one of the books provided in the smaller bedroom. All of the beds were exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with coffee maker and freshly ground Starbucks coffee which we love! All the cookware you could need and more. My kids enjoyed lounging in the sunroom and eating meals around the huge kitchen island. The private yard and pool were perfect. I even enjoyed a few quiet moments in the hot tub. So relaxing! We would definitely come back again. Thanks Andy for being such a great host.

Great Stay!

House had everything you need for vacation. Pool, fire pit, multiple rooms bathrooms, multiple living areas to spread out (including sun room), quiet neighborhood, close drive to all the areas worth exploring, and responsive owner. I fell in love with area so much so I'm already planning a trip back to the Portland/Falmouth area for next year.

Family vacation at Andy’s retreat

My family and I had a great time at Andy’s retreat. The house was very clean, well furnished, and included everything you need. The pool and hot tub were the highlight of the trip! The owner was very easy to communicate with and provided lots of helpful information about the house and nearby beaches, restaurants, etc. The check in and check out process was easy and fast. Perfect vacation

Our stay exceeded our expectations. This is a lovely and comfortable house and perfect home base for exploring beaches etc in surrounding towns. With four adults and three kids we had ample indoor and outdoor space for relaxing and hanging out. The pool is awesome and Andy was a perfect host, responsive and checked in regularly. Great VRBO experience!

With 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, central AC, heated 20 x 40 swimming pool and hot tub, we're a comfortable, spacious and very convenient home base for exploring Portland and all there is to do in the surrounding area! We provide everything to you need (except food!) including plenty of free parking, linens, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer supplies, so just jump in the car in come for a visit!

This is a private residence that sleeps 7 with a seasonally heated outdoor swimming pool located just 15 minutes from downtown Portland. This is a single story residence so all 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths are on 1 level. There is lots of off street, private parking.
