Villa Orange House - Habitart is a beautiful two-story house with 5 bedrooms. It is part of a complex of 5 dreamy houses, inspired by the traditional architectural style and natural surroundings of the island of Tinos, designed and decorated with meticulous attention to detail, while offering all the amenities of a modern holiday resort. The location of the houses offers breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea, the neighboring islands of Syros and Mykonos, as well as Tinos Town and the island's typical windmills. Each outdoor area is tastefully designed in a traditional style and adorned with many works by both renowned and local artists and sculptors. The stone floors, wooden windows, and split patio doors provide an authentic experience of Cycladic living, with the view and the surroundings, landscaped with plants and natural rocks, guaranteeing enchanting and relaxing hours outdoors. The ground floor of the house offers a beautiful, cozy living room, a modern kitchen with a fireplace, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The upper floor is accessed via an interior wooden staircase and consists of two additional bedrooms with two bathrooms. The exterior of the house offers panoramic sea views and a sheltered stone outdoor dining and seating area, a stone barbecue, and a private pool decorated with marble artwork.
