The space
This elegant semi detached villa with shared pool combines contemporary design, traditional Cycladic architecture and natural surroundings. It consists of three double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, flat screen TVs and private verandas.
The tastefully decorated villa is developed over three levels.
On the main level, that enjoys panoramic views over beautiful Agios Sostis beach and trendy Panormos bay, there is a large living–dining area with fireplace and a complete entertainment station (satelite TV, blue ray DVD, stereo system), a fully equipped kitchen-with all the appliances, espresso machine and filter coffee maker- and storage.
The bedrooms are all placed on separate levels ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests. The main bedroom above the entrance level has a cosy veranda with breathtaking views.
Downstairs there is another double bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a protected private terrace, ideal for romantic evenings.
The laundry storage room is to be found on this level,too.
On the top floor lays a large double bedroom with a private veranda and amazing view around the area.
This sun bloomed villa, in harmonious symphony with the natural beauty of the Cycladic landscape, offers many opportunities for relaxation and ‘al fresco” entertainment at the large wind protected terrace with the pergola and stone-built sitting close to the pool.

Guest access
Guests have free access to all indoor and outdoor spaces including the shared pool.
There is plenty of free parking space.
