Are you looking for a place to relax and feel good? Then our holiday home is just right for you. Quietly situated on the edge of the village in a beautiful historic sandstone barn, pure relaxation awaits you at the listed Weenzen manor house - at any time of year. The old walls ensure a very pleasant temperature in the rooms even on hot days. In the cold season, you can make yourself cosy in the floor-heated barn with its fireplace. The crackling fire can be watched from both the living room and the kitchen. Outside, you can also enjoy a fantastic view of the garden and the fields beyond. Incidentally, the conversion of the barn into a home has been mentioned in four renowned trade journals and won a prize from "Schöner Wohnen".
The holiday home is located on a manor in Weenzen, the farm includes the main house with extension, two further barns and the holiday home which is located in a third barn.
You can enjoy a marvellous view of the garden and the fields and meadows behind it.
Our holiday home has everything you need for a perfect holiday. Four bedrooms with two bathrooms, a walk-in wardrobe, living and dining room with large kitchen and fireplace, library, sauna, solarium and bathtub with whirlpool as well as a large garden with terrace are just waiting to be discovered by you. The dreamlike location far away from the hustle and bustle will quickly make you forget all your worries.
You are in Weenzen, a village of 350 souls in the beautiful Leinebergland. The Weenzer Bruch begins here, which is a beautiful hiking area with lakes and forests. In the immediate vicinity is also the Ith Hils hiking trail which is labelled as a very natural hiking trail.
The cities of Hameln and Hildesheim can be reached in about 30 minutes.
The holiday home is located in a sandstone barn which was partly rebuilt as a house in 1994. The sandstone barn was built in 1869 as a drive-through barn with storage facilities for hay, straw and grain.
The house has won a prize in the magazine "Schöner Wohnen".
