Discover your holiday happiness in the charming holiday resort of Polle on the Weser, tucked away in a peaceful cul-de-sac. Our spacious holiday flat, with 80 m² ideal for 2 people on the 1st floor, has been designed for you with attention to detail. If more space is needed, the 60 m² attic can accommodate up to 4 more guests - perfect for families or friends travelling together. Here you will find a quiet haven with a double bedroom, two single beds and an additional sofa bed, complemented by a second shower room.
Inside, the flat offers everything your heart desires. The separate bedrooms invite you to dream with their beds already made up, while the renovated bathroom with flat shower, modern WC and large washbasin makes it easy to rinse off the daily grind. The separate kitchen is equipped with everything you need for self-catering, including a dishwasher. And the living room? A cosy retreat with flat-screen satellite TV, stereo system and free Wi-Fi, rounded off by a reading corner full of information about Polle and the surrounding area.
The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired: From the flat's balcony, equipped with an awning, you can enjoy sunshine all day long, with a marvellous view of the castle and the greenery. The garden invites you to relax in a beach chair, children can have fun on the swings and a barbecue is available for culinary enthusiasts. Seating behind the house and storage space for bicycles in the garden shed or garage complete the offer. We also offer free bicycles for you to explore the idyllic surroundings.
The location in Polle is ideal: everything you need for your daily needs is within easy reach. The Weser cycle path, a heated outdoor pool and various hiking trails are just a few steps away. The area around Polle, located deep in the Weserbergland, attracts visitors with numerous excursion destinations such as Hameln, Bad Pyrmont, Bodenwerder, Höxter and much more. Not forgetting the Weserbergland golf course, just 5 km away.
