The Lena**** holiday flat is a spacious and modern holiday home in the Ostfriesland holiday park (Hage - Berumbur spa centre).
Please note that there is a bunk bed (190cm x 90cm each) in the second bedroom. For this reason, the number of persons is designed for 2 adults and 2 children. However, an occupancy with 4 adults is of course possible.
It is designed for a maximum occupancy of 4 persons.
The flat is equipped with everything a holidaymaker's heart desires... starting with the washing machine in the bathroom, the dishwasher in the kitchen, a DVD player with a large flat-screen satellite TV in the living room, a collection of books/DVDs and board games, WLAN, a barbecue, garden furniture and a carport in the garden area. If you need a baby/children's travel cot, this is available for you folded up in the guest room. Included with us: fresh bed linen/towels and additional pillows and blankets. The spa centre Hage - Berumbur with an indoor swimming pool, a heated outdoor pool and a gravel lake is in the immediate vicinity of the flat. A mini-golf course, tennis court and playground (with football pitch) round off the immediate leisure facilities. Bicycle hire is available on the edge of the holiday park. The harbour towns to the East Frisian islands can be reached in just a few minutes by car...
Built in 2003, the flat on the 1st floor (with separate outside staircase and private garden) offers 72 m² of feel-good character in a large space (2 bedrooms, living room plus separate kitchen, bathroom and storage room, open wooden ceiling beams and laminate flooring, all rooms with windows). A modern standard is always maintained through regular renovations and replacement of furniture.
