Welcome to Split, a 1,800-year-old, enchanting city on the Adriatic coast that is full of vibrant life.
The flat, a 3-star flat where you will feel at home, has a net living area of 120 mÂČ, two loggias with a beautiful view of the city and the neighbouring mountain "Marjan" and a small balcony. It is built in a modern style and is bright and spacious. It is fully furnished and equipped with air conditioning, free Wi-Fi with optical cable, fast enough for video conferencing, and a stereo system. The kitchen is also fully equipped. The flat consists of a large entrance hall, two large bedrooms, a living room that can also be used as a bedroom, kitchen, 2 bathrooms with toilets, bathtub, shower cubicle, a washing machine, a pantry, two loggias and a small balcony. In the first room, which has its own loggia, there are two extra wide single beds (120x200cm) and two extra beds (90x200cm), the second room has a double bed (king size, 160x200cm) and a sofa bed (90x200cm). There is also a large, fold-out couch and a sofa in the living room. An extra bed is also available. The layout of the rooms is functional, as each room can be accessed directly from the entrance hall (see layout).
The flat is located on the edge of the pedestrian zone and has a central location. Parking is not a problem, as you can come directly to the flat by car, park for free and explore the whole city on foot. There are plenty of public car parks.
The central location of the flat makes it easy to explore the city. The famous Diocletian's Palace, i.e. the city centre, is about 300 metres away, literally just a three to five minute walk. You can also walk to any beach and there are many in Split, about 15-20 kilometres of beaches. The distance to the beaches varies between 900 metres and up to two kilometres.
