Mimosa I Panoramic Balcony Holiday Apartment with Pool
The Mimosa holiday villa, with two holiday apartments, is nestled in a heavenly hillside location in the rolling countryside, just 250 meters from the lake, and offers a fascinating view stretching far to the south of the lake and the surrounding mountains. The villa is surrounded by nature and beautiful villas and residential buildings. The garden on the lake side is ideal for sunbathing. A highlight is the rock garden around the house, which is covered with palm trees and other southern plants. Adjacent to the garden with pool and barbecue is a cozy fireplace room with rustic seating for everyone, with board and card games, ideal for private family celebrations by arrangement. There is a garden seating area near the barbecue. Your vacation destination, Olgiasca, is located on a headland that is one of the top vacation spots on Lake Como. North of Olgiasca, about a 5-minute drive away, is Colico with good shopping, a beautiful lakeside promenade, and Lombard restaurants. From the boat landing, you can reach all the attractive towns around the lake. A regional train takes you from the small local station in Colico to the fashion metropolis of Milan without having to change trains.
An apartment building is being built about 200 m above, opposite.
The pool is open from spring onwards, depending on the weather, on request.
A beautiful beach with fine white pebbles can be reached in just a few minutes.

A natural stone staircase leads from the parking spaces through the garden to the house entrance.
A small hallway leads to the large living area with open kitchen and access to the large balcony with panoramic lake views.
1 double bedroom on the lake side with access to the balcony, bathroom. 2 double bedrooms on the garden side with bathroom.
On the ground floor is a large fireplace room with a dining table and games for shared use by both apartments.
Your local contact, Mr. Germano, speaks German and is an experienced cook and wine connoisseur. When renting both vacation apartments together, tables for shared meals in the garden, hobby room, and apartment can be arranged as needed. Both apartments are recommended even in winter due to their sunny location.
There are four parking spaces on the property for your vehicles, which can also be locked on request. Boats/trailers can be parked—please register in advance.
Several steps lead to the entrance of the villa.
The following costs are to be paid on site:
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 16 years of age
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
