The apartment is a three-room apartment of about 70 sqm and distributed on a single level, suitable for 2 to 4 people. It consists of a living room with a comfortable sofa and equipped kitchenette, a double bedroom, a room with two single beds (single bed with the possibility of pulling out a second bed from below), a bathroom with shower and a large terrace with lake and Monte Baldo view, simply spectacular.



The available amenities include: kitchen with 3 gas and 1 electric hob, oven, microwave, pad and German coffee machine, toaster, kettle, refrigerator with freezer compartment, washing machine. The apartment has a private parking space, bed linen and towels. The large terrace is equipped with sun loungers, parasol, garden furniture and is fenced, a perfect property for those who want to spend their holiday carefree with their four-legged friend.



The nearby swimming pool of the Hotel Al Poggio, located approximately 300 m away, can be used free of charge.
