Welcome to Villa Palatium, a charming and spacious villa in the beautiful coastal town of Fažana, Istria. This lovely villa can accommodate up to 14 guests, making it perfect for families, groups of friends, or anyone who wants to enjoy a relaxing stay near the sea. The villa is located only 800 meters from the beach, so the Adriatic coast is just a short walk away.

Inside, Villa Palatium offers a warm and comfortable atmosphere. There are 7 bedrooms in total — six bedrooms have double beds, and one has a single bed. On the ground floor, there is also a double sofa bed, which gives extra sleeping space. Every room is nicely decorated, and the villa is equipped with everything you need for a pleasant holiday.

The biggest highlight of the villa is the 30 m² private swimming pool with a jacuzzi and a sauna. This area is perfect for relaxing and enjoying sunny Istrian days. Around the pool, there are sun loungers where you can rest, read, or simply enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. In the evening, guests can gather in the outdoor dining area and prepare tasty meals on the charcoal barbecue.

Villa Palatium is also ideal for families with children and active guests. There is a children’s playground, board games, darts, table tennis, fitness area, and even a pool table — so there is always something fun to do for everyone, no matter the age.

The villa is pet friendly, allowing up to 3 pets for an additional fee. Young groups are also welcome, but please note that a double security deposit is required.

Everything you need is close by — the nearest supermarket is only 1 km away, and the center of Fažana with its restaurants, cafes, and lovely promenade is also just 1 km from the villa. From Fažana, you can easily visit Brijuni National Park, one of the most beautiful places in Istria.
