This spacious summer house, located just behind the dike and a mere 100m from one of Denmark\\'s top beaches, offers an ideal vacation spot in the charming resort town of Marielyst. The house is perfect for large family gatherings, with seven bedrooms spread across two sleeping quarters, each with its own bathroom, and a loft in the activity room that can sleep four. The heart of the house is a large open-plan kitchen and living area, equipped with two ovens, an extra-large cooker, two dishwashers, and ample fridge and freezer space. The long dining table provides a communal space for meals. Outdoor amenities include a partially covered terrace and a barbecue for al fresco dining. If the weather is less than ideal, guests can enjoy the indoor pool and wellness area, complete with a water slide, Roman steps, a whirlpool, and a sauna. For entertainment, the house offers a game room with table tennis, billiards, table football, and a PlayStation 4 (games not included). There\\'s also a home bar with a fridge. Nearby, guests can access a large communal nature playground. Please note, the house is located in a car-free zone, so parking is available in a central car park in the area, with a turning circle by the house for unloading luggage. Please note that this VillaVilla house may not be rented by youth groups.
