Que vous soyez une famille de 2 ou 8 personnes, le San Remo 402 répondra à tous vos besoins pour des vacances réussies. Assis sur le pont tôt le matin en prenant le petit déjeuner ou le soir avec un verre de vin en regardant le soleil se coucher, vous vous sentirez détendu et heureux de la vie. Cuisinez des repas pour le gang, la cuisine a tous les éléments dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner comme vous le souhaitez, mais n'oubliez pas les grands restaurants de la région - nous avons été appelés le NAPA du Sud-Est pour tous nos restaurants raffinés .. Faites une sieste, les nouveaux lits vous accueilleront pour obtenir la charge nécessaire, exactement ce que vous recherchez. Fantastic Property in Prime Location

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The location was perfect, and the condo was spotless and beautifully appointed. We loved the fact that it had two king-sized beds, which made it comfortable for our family, and the large couch was great for family movie nights. The pool was lovely, and having private beach access was a huge plus. The included beach chairs were a nice touch as well! Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Relaxing getaway

We took a multi-generational vacation and found this property perfect for our getaway. The beds, couches and chairs were comfortable and there was everything we needed to cook great meals in the condo. The views were wonderful and access to the pool and beach was easy breezy.

Annual Joy!!

Our family always loves our stay at San Remo. We look forward to it every year. The condo we rent is in a quiet location which is key for us. It is a smaller building that has been well maintained. The view is beautiful and the local restaurants and activities are perfect for us! Can't wait to go back next year!

October 2022 Stay

We absolutely loved our visit to San Remo. The property had the perfect location. Both restaurants and beach were easy to access. The unit was roomy enough and we loved the big balcony and the view. Three full bathrooms were very helpful. We cooked our meals “at home” most of the time and we had what we needed. The pool was beautiful, although cold. We definitely hope to return.

Beat week ever!

Weather was great, not too hot. Condo had a cooks kitchen which was great. Suggestion: warn guests of the hot boardwalk to the beach. One of our party attempted barefoot and ended up With blisters all in the bottom of his feet.

Lovely Stay with a Few Minor Issues

The accommodations were lovely, and the balcony and view were spectacular. Traveling with an infant, we had to contact the property manager about some items that were supposed to be included at the property when we arrived, but were not. They immediately resolved the issue. However, I had one concern regarding the common areas. For some reason, the pool was not cleaned the weekend that we left, and there was residue in the pool.

We rented additional beach chairs from La Dolce Vita and a kayak one day too. So easy to do! The online pictures represent the unit, amenities, and view well. The complex was also well maintained. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we had a great experience our first time at San Remo. The views were beautiful and the location was perfect. We loved the convenience of being able to move from the beach, to the pool and to our room within 5 minutes. We loved being able to walk to local restaurants and shops. For our condo, we would suggest black out curtains for the two front rooms and another set of beach chairs for a total of 4 for the week. For the property, we were disappointed with the grill area as our families love to grill out during vacation.

Family 30A Vacation

The unit was spacious both inside and out. We especially loved the balcony and wonderful view of the gulf. Honestly, the pics on the site of the beach seem like it’s further away...and it’s actually much closer. The unit was stocked with essentials and had every convenience. We walked to dinners in each direction and never needed a car, even with a baby. The beach service was a perfect complement to the nice resort. Thank you YFAB for the towel, the tumblers and the bottle of Prosecco. These nice touches are always appreciated. We’ll be back!

Fantastic condo in Santa Rosa Beach!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our family vacation at San Remo and specifically in unit 402. The condo was clean, with nice furnishings and fully stocked with everything you would need. The building is oceanfront, the pool is huge, and there is ample parking in the gated community. Two beach chairs and umbrella are included in the price, which was a great feature to know that we had a spot on the beach each day (don't forget to tip the person who sets them up and breaks them down for you each day). The patio is huge with plenty of comfortbale cushioned seating and a 6-seat dinner table for outdoor dining. The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of space for everyone in this unit. We will definitely stay here again!

Location over luxury

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In visiting 30A beaches for the last 20 years, this was by far the most expensive rental I have booked. It was lovely, but for over $500 a night I would have expected the hot tub to be working (our two teenage nieces chose this rental BASED ON it having a hot tub and it was roped off the whole time) and that I wouldn't have to clean the previous visitor's hair balls off of the master shower walls. We only had two days on the beach and all of the communications we received stated we'd have our chairs and umbrella set up and labeled...the first day there was nothing set up with our number, so we were stuck in a spot jammed between 4 others and away from the water, and then after talking to the chair guy that day we were assured they'd have a spot for us the next day. We came out the next morning and there was no setup for our number, and we were lucky enough to be able to sit in another spot because those people never came out for their chairs. We thought the amount of money we spent was commensurate with a truly lovely experience, so these were disappointing surprises.

Wonderful week on 30A

Little things were done that exceeded our expecations. We received a phone call when the unit was available a few hours early. Gifts including a bottle of wine and a beach towel welcomed us to the unit. The condo was exceptionally clean. The kitchen was well stocked including two types of coffee makers. When we had an A/C issue on night, the HVAC service was onsite and had the repair completed within a few hours. We enjoyed the location of San Remo. Easy access to Goatfeathers seafood market and the restaurants in Gulf Place. Highly recommend Your Friends at the Beach.

We loved the welcome gift, and I especially appreciated that so much was supplied for us. We had extra trash bags, hand soap, laundry detergent, even a good starter supply of toilet paper. My kids loved the bunk room. My only complaints were with the bed in the master (mattress was unsupportive and aggravated a back condition I have) and the TV in the master bedroom. The tv froze constantly. It was unwatchable. I’m not sure if it’s the cable or the wifi, but it was the biggest complaint we have about the unit. The view from the balcony can’t be beat!
