Here a lovely gazebo with stone table invites you to enjoy breakfast or dinner under the stars. A barbecue for outdoor grilling and a foosball table are also available for guests to enjoy with friends. Going upstairs, via a wooden staircase with trapdoor, you reach the sleeping area consisting of two rooms: a spacious double room and a second room with a single bed and a double sofa bed, ideal for families. Both offer comfortable rooms with spacious wardrobes and study corners also suitable for smart working. The presence of a private car park and the proximity to the main communication routes guarantee maximum freedom of movement. Nestled in the Molise countryside, this oasis of peace offers the perfect blend of contemporary comfort and rural charm, ideal for relaxing holidays or smart working.

In the village, you can visit the Church of the Santissimo Salvatore, with its ancient stoup, the monumental fountain in the square and the charming Palazzo Carafa. Not far away is the archaeological area of Saepinum (Altilia), a perfectly preserved ancient Roman city.

Campobasso, the capital, offers numerous cultural attractions, including the Monforte Castle, the Cathedral, the Museum of Mysteries and the Samnite Museum.

Molise is an authentic land, rich in flavours; in the surrounding area you can discover trattorias and restaurants where you can enjoy the local cuisine, taste cheeses, cold cuts, truffles and typical sweets such as Pallotto di Cercepiccola.

Both locations offer pistes suitable for all levels and breathtaking mountain landscapes, perfect for unforgettable days in the snow during the winter season.
