Welcome to our charming vacation apartment in Wildau. This modern and cozy accommodation offers the ideal base for your travels, whether for a short stay or a longer vacation in the vibrant capital region.

Location:
The vacation apartment is located in a quiet residential area of Wildau, which impresses with its green surroundings and proximity to nature.

BER Airport can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by car or by public transport (approximately 40-50 minutes), making it the perfect choice for travelers.

There is a direct bus connection (RVS-736) and an S-Bahn connection (S46<->S45) to BER-Schönefeld Airport.

A pickup from BER Airport can also be arranged upon request.

In addition, Berlin's city center and numerous attractions are easily accessible by S-Bahn. The apartment is about a 10-minute walk from Zeuthen S-Bahn station.
and is located in the immediate vicinity of the Dahme River and Lake Zeuthen. Fontaneplatz, with its public water access, is just a two-minute walk away. From there, you can explore Berlin's waters, for example, by SUP.

Wildau has direct access to the A10 motorway.

Apartment:

The apartment offers space for up to four people on two floors and is tastefully furnished.

The lower level features a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a modern bathroom with a separate shower and bathtub. A staircase from the living room leads to a bright, spacious bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a second, smaller bedroom with two single beds. There is also another small bathroom with a toilet and sink on the upper floor.

Fully equipped kitchen:
The kitchen features a dining table with seating for 4.

There is a washing machine with integrated dryer, fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, induction hob with oven and extractor hood, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, as well as cookware and utensils, high-quality cutlery, kitchen knives, and the usual items such as cups, glasses, dishes, etc. Details are available upon request.

Large bedroom:

Double bed measuring 180x200cm, bedside tables and bedside lights (adjustable for reading), light switches and sockets available by the bed, a bedside toilet accessible from the bedroom, multi-channel satellite TV with hundreds of channels. The bedroom can be darkened with roller shutters. Air conditioning in summer.

Small bedroom:

Accessible from the master bedroom, 2 separate beds measuring 80x200cm.

We have prepared for you:

Bed linens, towels, tea towels, slippers, a first aid kit, sewing kit, steam iron and ironing board, and a clothes rack.

Consumables:

An appropriate number of washing tablets for the dishwasher and washing machine, as well as dish soap, salt, pepper, sugar, cinnamon, rapeseed oil, as well as cling film, baking paper, and kitchen roll are provided. An arrival kit with coffee pods, coffee cream, sugar, and 2-3 types of tea is also provided.

Parking:

There is a free parking space available on the property. If it's full, you can park directly on the street for free. However, we recommend parking 50 meters around the corner on Hochwaldstrasse.

- Zeuthen S-Bahn station (from there, it takes approximately 30-40 minutes to get to Berlin city center)
- REWE supermarket at Zeuthen station
- Fontaneplatz public park right on the water, ideal for SUP enthusiasts as a starting point for a water tour
- DESY Research and Science Center

Surroundings:

Wildau is surrounded by picturesque countryside, ideal for outdoor activities. The town is located directly on the Dahme Lakes system, which offers numerous opportunities for hiking, cycling, and water sports. The green parks and riverside promenades invite you to enjoy nature and spending relaxing hours outdoors. The Wildau City Park is a particularly popular spot for walks and picnics.

Exclusions:

The apartment is not wheelchair accessible (stairs). Smoking and open fires are not permitted in the house/apartment, nor are pets. Due to the stairs leading to the bedroom, the apartment is not suitable for small children (risk of falling). Children 10 years and older are welcome. Parties are not permitted.

Companies wishing to rent for fitters or construction workers should contact us before booking to clarify whether the accommodation is suitable. For such bookings we limit the maximum number of guests to 3 people.

Two lovely cats live in the basement, and they sometimes escape :-), which is a warning for those with severe cat allergies.
