The country style house has two separate bedrooms, each with a double bed, a large kitchen and living room and invites you to relax. The stylish and comfortably furnished holiday house with garden and terrace provides ample space for a relaxing and restorative stay. The whole living space of around 70m² is at ground level. There are only two steps at the entrance door. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, sink, kettle as well as coffee machine and with 20 m² it is very spacious. There is also a washing machine and a dishwasher as well as a little sitting space for two people. The bathroom is fitted with a washbasin, toilet and shower. Towels are included. The bedrooms are furnished with double beds (160 and 180 cm width). There is plenty of space for a child’s bed. The living room has satellite TV and a sofa with seating arrangements. All the rooms have radiators. In one room there is also a nice, old German tiled stove which you can use in cooler months enjoying a cosy atmosphere.

The garden with fruit trees, bushes and vegetables is completely at your disposal. Its location and size allow various activities (grilling, sport, exercise, and quiet hours on the terrace). Garden furniture and loungers are provided. A kind of greenhouse / conservatory allows a pleasant, sheltered stay, almost outdoors, even in the transitional periods. The garden is fenced and the property has a size of 700 m².

There is a bus stop nearby to the nearest S-Bahn to Berlin. The Rangsdorf train station is 2km away, with connections to the centre of Berlin taking 30 minutes, the same by car.

It is a few minutes‘ walk to the nearest hiking and cycling trails, Rangsdorfer See, a nature reserve and bird sanctuary. Rangsdorfer See offers various water sports such as sailing, surfing, fishing and swimming. You can do shopping about 500 metres away.

The mixture of culture (Berlin/Potsdam) with all the amenities of a pulsating city and the nearby green idyll in the south of Berlin ensure an interesting, varied and relaxing holiday or stay.
