Bedrooms: Eight stylishly furnished bedrooms accommodate up to 20 guests. Each room is individually designed and features comfortable beds (queen-size and single beds) to ensure a restful night’s sleep. Some rooms also offer wonderful views.



Bathrooms: Nine modern bathrooms, equipped with bathtubs and/or showers, provide comfort and privacy.



Living area: The spacious living area invites you to relax and unwind. Here you will find cozy sofas and a TV for enjoyable evenings.



Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It includes modern appliances such as an oven, stove, microwave, and refrigerator. A coffee machine, toaster, and cooking utensils are also provided.



Outdoor area: The garden with a barbecue is perfect for sociable grill evenings. Enjoy the fresh air and the peacefulness of nature. Outdoor furniture is also available.

The picturesque landscape around Luhden invites you to explore its walking and cycling paths—perfect for enjoying the fresh air and natural beauty of the region. The historic spa town of Bad Eilsen is also close by, offering additional dining and cultural experiences.



Getting Around:

Villa Bückeberg is easily accessible by car. Free parking is available directly at the property. For guests traveling by public transport, the nearest train station is in Bückeburg (approx. 10 km away). From there, there are regular train connections to major cities such as Hanover. The journey to Hanover Airport takes about one hour by car or public transport. Taxi services are available in the area to ensure a smooth arrival and departure.

Important information for your stay:



Bringing your own music boxes, party speakers, subwoofers, or external sound systems is not allowed. Music may only be played at an appropriate and reasonable volume.



From 10:00 PM onwards, please show special consideration for neighbors: keep windows and doors closed and avoid noise, especially outdoors.



The accommodation is equipped with a noise sensor, which only measures sound levels and does not record conversations. In case of repeated noise violations, complaints from neighbors, or breaches of these rules, the stay may be terminated and the incident may be reported to the booking platform.



To use the multi-room sound system, a free additional app (SONOS S2) is required. Further information can be found in the entrance area of the accommodation.



Heating: The heating throughout the house is set to a standard temperature of 22°C. Adjustments to individual radiators are not possible.



Please note that if you check in on the same day as a previous check-out, the whirlpool may not yet be at operating temperature, as it is freshly filled and cleaned.



The 10:00 AM check-out time must be strictly observed, as we work with external cleaning companies that need to start promptly. This ensures that the accommodation is prepared in time and in the best possible condition for the next guests.
