The accommodation
This advert includes 2 flats (92 and 136 sqm), which have been freshly renovated and modernly furnished and are located in the same building.

The flats invite you to feel at home and have been lovingly decorated.
The flats can sleep a total of 12 guests in beds and 4 guests on the 2 cosy sofa beds.

>> The flats have a total of 6 bedrooms. In 4 bedrooms, the beds can be prepared either as king-size beds (1.80m) or as single beds (0.90m), so that even large groups can find a cosy place to sleep.

There is a device for measuring temperature, humidity and volume in both corridors of the flat. There are two video surveillance cameras in the stairwell in front of the entrance doors, as well as in front of the front door and at the car parks. The sync module for this is connected to the power supply in the corridor on the upper floor and must not be disconnected from it.
