The Space:

The fully-equipped apartment is suitable for 4 people or a couple. The 40 m² surface consists of a living room with a kitchenette, one bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. There is also a balcony fitted with garden furniture, overlooking the peaceful green view. The apartment is stylishly decorated in a bright style that gives the space a light and subtle feel, with wooden floors and decorative elements to add a homely atmosphere. The apartment is also functionally furnished: the bedroom has a desk with a chair and a lamp, perfect for a work space for a laptop. The comfort of a stay is guaranteed by the comprehensive range of amenities, such as multimedia (free high-speed Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV) and household appliances (a washing machine, a dishwasher, a hair dryer). Guests travelling by car can park in front of the building if there are spaces available, or use the paid car park nearby (260 m from the property).

This beautiful apartment is located at Piątkowska Street in Poznań in a very convenient location: in a quiet residential area with easy access to the center.

Nearby, there is one of the largest parks in Poznań - Park Cytadela with several playgrounds for children, an open-air gym and a rose garden. During the exploration of the extensive park grounds, a Polish Army museum can be discovered. In a break from walking, you can relax in the unconventional Umberto restaurant with a beautiful, green year-round garden. The park can be reached in about 20 minutes on foot or 13 minutes by car. The neighborhood is also perfectly suited to meet life's daily needs thank to many supermarkets - Lidl, Stokrotka, Biedronka. In the vicinity there’s also a pizzeria (400 m) and a gluten-free bakery which bakes delicious traditional or vegan breads and sweets on site (290 m).

An undeniable advantage of this location is the convenience of access to other districts of Poznań. 500 m from the apartment there is a fast streetcar stop (PST), from which frequently departing streetcar lines reach the city center in 5 minutes. Self-drive takes 10 minutes.
