The apartment is ideal for friends or families who are looking for a comfortable place to relax during their stay. The spacious living room has a comfortable sofa, a table with chairs and a large TV. Two bedrooms are decorated in a modern style, and one of them has a comfortable double bed. The other bedroom is furnished with two single beds and a roomy closet. The kitchenette has everything you need to prepare tasty meals. The cozy bathroom has a shower cubicle, towels and a set of toiletries. The balcony is an ideal place for morning coffee.

The apartment is located in one of the best locations in Łódź in a modern investment on Drewnowska Street in Bałuty. The facility is located a few steps from the heart of Łódź - Manufaktura, which is the main meeting place, cultural center, a complex of great restaurants and shops, and above all it is a revitalized monument of Łódź industrial architecture. The huge space of Manufaktura is also a well-designed market with charming cafes, entertainment events, or places to relax among the spectacular cascades with fountains. The unique location of the apartment provides guests with attractions, as well as meeting all everyday needs - an excellent location facilitating sightseeing in the city. Just 3 km from the facility is Piotrkowska Street surrounded by historic tenement houses with rich decorations - another important place on the city map. This is one of the longest shopping streets in Europe! Being in Łódź - the capital of Polish film, it is worth going to the Cinematography Museum (4.5 km) or to Targowa Street to the Film School (4.8 km), where the best filmmakers in the country studied. Bałuty itself, where the apartment is located, is known as one of the best-connected districts of Łódź – there are many tram and bus stops here. The newly renovated Łódź Fabryczna Station can be reached in about 13 minutes by car. The surroundings of the facility are a compromise between the comforts of living near the city center and close to greenery. The nearest Old Town Park can be reached in a dozen or so minutes on foot.
