Villa Andrea is a spacious and inviting retreat just 6 km from the beautiful coastal town of Poreč. Designed to accommodate up to 17 guests, this fully fenced villa is ideal for large families or groups seeking privacy and convenience with a touch of luxury.

The villa features 6 well-appointed bedrooms—five with double beds and one with a single bed—spread across three floors through separate apartments. Each apartments has its own living rooms and kitchen, and for additional space there is one sofa bed on each floor. There are 5 modern bathrooms, ensuring plenty of space for everyone, and one additional outdoor toilet next to the pool.

The centerpiece of Villa Andrea is its private 40 m² pool, perfect for a relaxing swim day. Around the pool, you'll find 10 sunbeds, ideal for soaking up the Istrian sun. The pool is only open from 01.04. - 31.10., it is closed during the winter.

Families with children will appreciate the kid-friendly amenities, including a children's playground & table tennis.

Enjoy outdoor meals in the covered dining area with a charcoal BBQ, and take in the peaceful surroundings. With 3 private parking spaces, the villa is also pet-friendly—welcoming up to 2 pets for a small additional fee.
