Both the ground floor and the first floor feature a kitchen, dining room set, and living room. Each floor also has 2 traditionally styled bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, one of which comes with a hydromassage bathtub, another with a hydromassage shower. The fifth bedroom is on the top floor in the attic.

Apart from the stunning main house, the garden area with a swimming pool and a pool house represents a definite highlight of the property. It is the perfect place to soak in the sun lounging by the pool or in the shade of the olive trees, relaxing in the jacuzzi, or dining out in the open with your favorite people.

It takes less than an hour to reach Pula Airport (53 km), while the Croatian-Slovenian border crossing Dragonja is at a distance of 42 km.
