The lively town of Schagen and the charming town of Callantsoog with its beautiful beaches are just around the corner. The North Sea coast is close by. Even the beautiful island of Texel and the bustling city of Amsterdam can be reached within an hour. You can be in Anna Paulowna for your daily shopping within 5 minutes, but the area is also ideal for exploring by bicycle.

Where it is still really dark and quiet at night. Inside, the wood-burning stove, with a basket of wood ready and waiting, creates a cozy and comfortable atmosphere.

The layout is pleasant and spacious.

The house has a spacious kitchen with a cozy, robust dining area. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a bathroom. The indoor storage room is perfect for all your belongings. Upstairs you will find a large bedroom with two box-spring beds and a child's bed. There is a second toilet with a washbasin on this floor. On the mezzanine floor there is a single bed and a single sofa bed (with a top mattress). It is also a great place to chill out.

Enjoy the large garden outside.

In early spring or fall, you can easily enjoy the sun outside thanks to the glass-enclosed porch. The large tree next to the house provides shade when it gets too warm. Lots of privacy and tranquility. There is a shed for your bicycles and a parking space on the property. The comfortable patio furniture and the sun bed to enjoy the sun complete the picture. You can fish from the dike and a fishing license is included. You can easily park on site.

Would you like to take a vacation or weekend away with friends or family? The Bertus 61, Kakelbont 62 and Annie 66 vacation homes are close to each other, ideal for several families who want to enjoy their vacation together.

Location and facilities.

The park has a playground, a seasonal outdoor pool (with limited supervision) and a large lawn for sports and games. A free fishing license is provided and you can cast your line almost from the garden.

Optional: bed linen and towels.

This is not included, but can be booked as an optional extra for a fee. You make your own beds.
