Luxueusement rénovée Villa au dernier étage face à l'océan. Vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre. Villa de maître double avec plafonds voûtés / cathédrale. Regardez le soleil se lever / se coucher sur le pont. Accès direct à la plage, à distance de marche des restaurants 3 à 4 étoiles, 2 parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous, des installations de pointe, 2 piscines en bord de mer, une salle de sport, une marina, un centre équestre (balades sur la plage), un complexe de tennis et un charmant centre-ville de Charleston court trajet en voiture. Tous les atriums ne sont pas créés égaux, à la fois en termes d'intérieur, mais aussi ~ OERE LA VILLA EST SITUÉE DANS LE BÂTIMENT !!! Cette villa est une unité d'extrémité étendue UPSTAIRS, par opposition à une unité d'extrémité intérieure ou rétractée. La raison pour laquelle c'est important ~ CONFIDENTIALITÉ !!! Avec les unités d'extrémité rétractées, lorsque les gens montent / descendent les escaliers, ils peuvent regarder directement sur le pont et dans les deux chambres. Avec notre UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, vous ne serez pas pris en sandwich entre deux unités, vous n'aurez pas d'autres ponts qui vous regardent, ou des gens qui regardent en montant ou en descendant les escaliers !!! C'est aussi une VILLA HAUT DE GAMME POUR LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE ~ pourquoi quelqu'un devrait-il être pénalisé parce qu'il a des membres de la famille à 4 pattes !!!! Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Beautiful villa and prime location

The villa is ideal for a beachfront location. Close to the pool and beach. The views cannot be beat. The villa was clean, comfortable beds and everything you need to live comfortably. The owner was so accommodating and shared special event info. You know this owner wants her guests to have a great vacation.

Delightful

Condo was very clean with perfect access to the pool & beach. The patio gave us full view of beach, pool, and ocean. Communication prior to our visit & during the week was responded to very promptly. Sherri was the great host. Just a perfect week for our family of 6. We look forward to coming again.

Wonderful location and terrific Villa

This Atrium villa has a wonderful view of both the ocean and the Edisto river. Terrific location and the owner is so wonderful to make sure you have everything you need to make your stay enjoyable.

The perfect place!

We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Elevator is awesome for loading and unloading everything. Perfect views and wonderful balcony to enjoy. Will stay here again for sure! I can’t say enough great things about this place and highly recommend!

The owners are wonderful to work with and everything within the property was clean, organized, and the floor plan is perfect and pictures do not do it justice. Far exceeded our expectations, we can’t wait to visit again!

Fabulous condo, great view, very helpful owners!

We loved Sea Brook Island! Very quiet resort with great amenities close by! A lot to do, the beach and pool were close and never too crowded, loved the work out facility, rode bikes on the beach, great restaurants and shopping close. We will return!!

Pretty sure this is the best 2br villa on Seabrook Island.

Excellent top floor villa with a corner deck that gets both sunrise and sunset views. Steps to the beach where you enter as the Edisto River meets to the Atlantic Ocean. Open the windows and you hear the surf.

Great beach villa

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

Beautiful Villa with Great Views of the Ocean

Pet friendly, Nice, clean villa with great views. The pool is right across the street with a sandy area for the kids. We had such a great time shelling, swimming, fishing and spending time on the big spacious deck. Linda was great to work with and I highly recommend this lovely villa. Dream Vacation - Highly Recommend!

From finding this condo, to every communication with Linda, the manager, to experiencing a beautiful vacation in every sense, we highly praise and recommend to everyone who might be considering booking! The island itself is beyond expectations with it's natural charm and white sands. The condo is exceptional and more than what we expected from the wonderful pictures shown online. This condo is impeccably kept and the deck views are amazing! We felt spoiled and can't wait to return (have already booked our next two trips with them!)

Stay Here!

This was our first time visiting Seabrook Island. The condo was in a great location. Steps away from the beach, pool, coffee shop, golf course. Locally, there are a few restaurants and a shopping center. The grounds are beautiful and the location is quiet. Linda was an ideal host-quick to respond and provided great information. We loved that the condo had an enormous deck, two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Towels and beach chairs are located just across the street so we did not need to take anything with us.

Beautiful place

This condo is absolutely gorgeous! We loved the huge balcony and the great layout. We were able to put out toddler in the front bedroom, and it was quiet and dark enough for her to sleep well. The beds in the bedroom off the balcony were not the most comfortable, but the views made up for it. We had an issue with the cleaning when we first got there, but Linda and the property management company were awesome and took care of everything immediately! We definitely come back to this property. And Seabrook as a whole is a great vacation destination—very relaxing!

Convenience in Paradise

Highly recommend this lovely condo. The outdoor deck has beautiful views of the ocean and is private - no one walking up the stairs can see you. It is across the street from the beach, pool and clubhouses with places to eat, snacks. We didn't spend any time at the pool due to COVID, but it looked very nice. The beach has wide stretches at low tide and you can walk for miles. The interior of the condo is just right and the beds were very comfy. Linda was very flexible and helpful. We hope to return!

Beautiful view, close to beach and pool, clean

Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at the condo for the first time 8 years ago and we were astonished to find that it has not aged a day! This piece of paradise is incredibly well maintained, has the outdoor porch that dreams are made of and is steps away from everything that makes Seabrook magical! Sherri is a top notch communicator taking care of any needs ASAP! The checkin/out process is so easy (especially with Sherri’s detailed information)! Plus, the condo was so clean upon arrival that this germaphobe could settle right in! We can’t wait to come back!

Great vacation!

On the 2nd floor with an awesome view to sit outside and see the ocean. So convenient to the pool and ocean. You can take the steps or elevator which is close by. The villa was clean and we lacked nothing. Nicely decorated! My 88 year old Mom really enjoyed herself too but had a bit of a hard time using the toilet in the one bathroom because it was so low. Maybe put it on a riser? Other than that it was awesome!

Born and raised in Ohio. Lived in the Cleveland area and now reside in Dublin. I purchased the property in 2014 and my Mom is retired and manages all the Villa rentals. You are dealing with the owners when renting our property.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.
