Luxueusement rénovée Villa au dernier étage face à l'océan. Vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis chaque chambre. Villa de maître double avec plafonds voûtés / cathédrale. Regardez le soleil se lever / se coucher sur le pont. Accès direct à la plage, à distance de marche des restaurants 3 à 4 étoiles, 2 parcours de golf de championnat 18 trous, des installations de pointe, 2 piscines en bord de mer, une salle de sport, une marina, un centre équestre (balades sur la plage), un complexe de tennis et un charmant centre-ville de Charleston court trajet en voiture. Tous les atriums ne sont pas créés égaux, à la fois en termes d'intérieur, mais aussi ~ OERE LA VILLA EST SITUÉE DANS LE BÂTIMENT !!! Cette villa est une unité d'extrémité étendue UPSTAIRS, par opposition à une unité d'extrémité intérieure ou rétractée. La raison pour laquelle c'est important ~ CONFIDENTIALITÉ !!! Avec les unités d'extrémité rétractées, lorsque les gens montent / descendent les escaliers, ils peuvent regarder directement sur le pont et dans les deux chambres. Avec notre UPSTAIRS Extended End Villa, vous ne serez pas pris en sandwich entre deux unités, vous n'aurez pas d'autres ponts qui vous regardent, ou des gens qui regardent en montant ou en descendant les escaliers !!! C'est aussi une VILLA HAUT DE GAMME POUR LES ANIMAUX DE COMPAGNIE ~ pourquoi quelqu'un devrait-il être pénalisé parce qu'il a des membres de la famille à 4 pattes !!!! What a wonderful and relaxing trip! We loved our stay here and the location couldn’t have been better! The condo was clean and comfortable and the views from the balcony were amazing. We appreciated the “extras” that were included (dishwasher tabs, tide pods) as well as the 4 beach loungers on the balcony! Would definitely return! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We very much appreciated the views over the water and the easy access to the beach, restaurants, and bars. The villa was clean and fresh with some really lovely accents like the stained-glass windows in the master bedroom and THE most adorable painting of a dog. The directions provided were concise and very helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay.

The island is such a treasure. Take your time driving in, because there is so much beauty in the nature and the homes on this island. The villa has a wonderful parking area, with spaces close to the elevators. They also have carts for you to use to transport your luggage, groceries, and etc. The elevator basically takes you to the front door, it is a very short walk to the left and you are at the condo. The condo was very clean. The porch was beautiful for watching sunrises and sunsets. You do have privacy, not total privacy, but close enough that I felt comfortable going out in my jammies. The walk to the ocean is incredibly short, we took the elevator down to the first floor, went down a few steps and across the street and we were at the beach. Pay attention to the tide clock in the villa, it is more accurate the any app. If you go to the beach earlier in the morningish, you are guaranteed to see dolphins swimming. Acutally throughout the day, you will see dolphins. They are very active. The beach is very family friendly, you can honestly just sit back and relax and let your worries disappear. There is a nice breeze more so afternoon, morning can be quite unbreezy if you have shoreshades or shibimini's. We enjoyed eating at Pelican's nest (resort prices..remember that) , the food was delicious. Overall great communication, clean, and peaceful. Worth your money and peace of mind.

July at Seabrook Island

I think I have found the perfect beach vacation destination for my family at the Atrium Villas at Seabrook Island. The property was perfect for my family of 4 (two young children, my wife, and myself), plus a set of grandparents, and two small dogs. Plenty of room and everything we needed to vacay. We tend to cook alot of our meals on vacation and were able to do so. The outdoor space is huge and we spent our mornings enjoying our breakfast with great views of the ocean. The bedrooms and bathrooms were a decent size and worked for what we needed. The beach club (pools, restaurant, cafe, etc) and pool access were just across the street, making it easy to go back and forth at will. Seabrook Island itself felt fun, safe, and the dog friendly-est beach Ive ever been to. There is more to do there than what we were able to fit in in one week. We look forward to coming back. Lastly, everyone we interacted with at the pools, beach, etc, were kind and respectful. Great trip

Perfect spot on Seabrook Island

Perfect weather, perfect rental for our family of 5 (including 3 x 20 aged children). Location just doesn’t get any better, directly across from Seabrook Island Club (pool), the beach….everything w/in a few seconds walk! Condo was Very Nicely appointed, everything in working order which made our stay that much easier! Owner was always very responsive and helpful! Very easy to communicate with and work with!! Rating: 10

Really nice property

Very nice property; directly across from the pool and ocean. Quiet and nice building. Clean and very comfy bed. The balcony is really nice with nice furniture. The property manager Sherri is great! The unit is as described; furniture, bedding, kitchen and baths were nice.

Great beach villa

From the moment you step in, it is obvious why there are all 5 star reviews. The property is immaculate, and all the little details have been worked out. The towels are soft and fluffy, the coffee cups hold a generous amount, and the furnishings make you” at home” comfortable. Your Host is the most responsive ever. All my inquiries were about the island, as the Villa didn’t lack a thing. Sherri responds like a friend who has been waiting for you to arrive. I love Seabrook, and have stayed many times. Can’t imagine a nicer place, and I hope to stay there again

The perfect place!

We love this property! Have stayed here numerous times and it’s AMAZING every time. It’s the perfect location. Great access to beach and pool. Elevator is awesome for loading and unloading everything. Perfect views and wonderful balcony to enjoy. Will stay here again for sure! Great vacation!

On the 2nd floor with an awesome view to sit outside and see the ocean. So convenient to the pool and ocean. You can take the steps or elevator which is close by. The villa was clean and we lacked nothing. Nicely decorated! My 88 year old Mom really enjoyed herself too but had a bit of a hard time using the toilet in the one bathroom because it was so low. Maybe put it on a riser? Other than that it was awesome!

Extremely nice rental

We stayed the week of July 4th. The unit was very nice and extremely clean. We were able to relax and enjoy our time as a family. The beds were comfortable. The unit had a well stocked kitchen with all the things you needed to cook. You do have to cross the street to get to the pool and beach. It is not as close as it appears in the listing pictures. The only cons were, not the owners fault, the $5 charge per towel per day at the pool and not being able to take a cooler to the pool.

Comfort and Convenience

We stayed at the condo for the first time 8 years ago and we were astonished to find that it has not aged a day! This piece of paradise is incredibly well maintained, has the outdoor porch that dreams are made of and is steps away from everything that makes Seabrook magical! Sherri is a top notch communicator taking care of any needs ASAP! The checkin/out process is so easy (especially with Sherri’s detailed information)! Plus, the condo was so clean upon arrival that this germaphobe could settle right in! We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful view, close to beach and pool, clean

Everything was just great. The unit was very clean, comfortable, private, had a great view, and had everything we needed. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach or the pool. During high tide, this part of the beach is completely submerged, but a short walk/drive up to some of the other boardwalks gets you plenty of beach. The largest beach we saw was between boardwalks 1 and 3. The walk up the beach from boardwalk 1 up to the inlet was beautiful and the kids loved finding shells there. We hoped to see some dolphins strand feeding but weren't lucky enough.

Another Great Trip!

This is our fourth time staying at this property and it always exceeds our expectations. The location, views, and amenities are wonderful. But the owner is even better. Sherri is great and so easy to communicate with. We had two small issues during our stay and both were quickly resolved. First, one of the showers was draining slowly causing water to back up. Sherri had maintenance out later the same day to repair it. Secondly, one of the beach chairs broke during use. While not expected, Sherri had two new chairs delivered via Amazon two days later. You really can’t do any better than this property and we are already looking forward to next year!

Born and raised in Ohio. Lived in the Cleveland area and now reside in Dublin. I purchased the property in 2014 and my Mom is retired and manages all the Villa rentals. You are dealing with the owners when renting our property.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

My Mom and I traveled to the island in 2012 and stayed at the Atrium Villas and loved the convenience to the amenities on the Island. The island is pet friendly, the beaches are beautiful and not crowded. I purchased a villa after vacationing only four times. Everyone on the Island is so friendly and welcoming. The views at the villa are spectacular sunrise to sunset. The night sky is filled with stars. We hope you will consider staying with us.
