We absolutely loved the property it was very clean and had all the necessities. Our hostess Cristina provided a list of activities from sightseeing to restaurants and we visited several, enjoyed each and every place! We communicated several times and she was always very prompt in responding, definitely would recommend staying here as we would again if the opportunity comes our way.

Felt like home away from home

Property was amazing and very clean,, so many nice amenities extras like beach chairs and an umbrella made a huge difference, The place was amazingly clean quiet neighborhood neighbors were very friendly

One of the cleanest and nicely decorated rentals we have stayed in. The remodeling is recent, like brand new. Cristina was easy to communicate with. Responded quickly to questions. Would highly recommend.

Excellent Experience at this lovely Sarasota Home

This house was perfect for us. It was a great location, only about 10 min to downtown and close to major roads. The house was immaculate, comfortable and very nicely decorated. We loved the outside space in the back especially. The house was very well stocked and Cristina was responsive and available. We look forward to coming back next year. Thanks Cristina!

Wow, wow, WOW!

Everything is as listed. Extremely clean, quite comfortable and enjoyable. This is not a "it'll do" property. Lovely back yard to unwind after romping at the beach all day. Extremely convenient to everything, down town, the arts, beaches,baseball and more!

I stayed here for over 2 months while working in Sarasota. The house is very nice, clean and well supplied. I felt very comfortable and at home there. Although the owner lives there, I often had the house to myself and had full access the home all the times. The host is incredibly nice and checks to make your stay is all it can be. The next time I work in Sarasota, I will stay here again.

Nice spot

This was a real find for me. It was close to downtown Sarasota and Siesta Key Beach. The host was most accommodating. The room and house were exactly as described on VRBO. Within two days my security deposit was refunded. I plan on staying there again next year.

Good value; great property

This home is immaculate and very tastefully decorated. The listing and photos accurately reflect the property. Sarasota is not a large city, but the home is very convenient to downtown, beaches and other attractions. The owner was very helpful, knowledgeable about the area, and made me feel very much at home. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. Downtown restaurants (particularly the ones on Main St.) are very good. I would recommend this property to friends and relatives.

Nice place to stay.

I actually rented this room for two of us, my daughter and myself, for the spring brake vacation. The bed was big enough to hold both of us comfortably as we are in the petite size. The house was clean and just like on picture, welcoming. We had a great time staying here and hardly saw Christina. As for Christina, she was great and very accommodating to any request. I would highly recommend this property. The neighborhood was very quite and safe. Location is perfect as well. It is closed to the center of the city where all the action is. Wish we could stay longer

I was overall happy with the house however the property owner kept coming over to either drop stuff off or come in the house. Also the property owner said that there was damage when we lefted and there was not. I have not received my deposit back either.

I never intended to bother you when I came by to pick up something from my office (since I usually live in the house and I only rent the guest room), which was the only time I came inside the house. The only other visit was to drop off a beach umbrella, as a favor to you, since you had asked for one. I hope it was useful to your family. Regarding the damage to the kitchen cabinet , I did send you a message the day you left, but never received a response. As you are aware, per the lease agreement, any damage caused by the occupant will be their responsibility. Please feel free to reach out to me if there is any questions I can answer for you. Grreat!

I enjoyed my 6-night stay at this vacation rental. The owner gives one access to the kitchen and the other common living areas, which gives one a feeling of having rented much more than a room. There is also access to the backyard and deck, and the front porch, all of which are very nice. The neighborhood is residential with well-kept yards, very quiet. The owner is very accommodating and went the extra mile to make me feel at home. Since it's her residence, she of course lives there, which worked well for me because when she was around, I could ask her questions about Sarasota. Everything was within short driving distances, which I loved. Since I am sensitive to most fragrances, the only con for me was that there was always a fragrance pervading the house, especially in the living room. It may have been coming from a plug-in air freshener. Most people would love that but for those of us who are sensitive, and our numbers are growing, it is a source of discomfort. Thankfully, my discomfort was not major so I chose to not say anything.. However, I am sure the owner would have eliminated the fragrance if I had mentioned it. Everything else about my stay there was great.

The house was located on a very quiet dead end street, presented as pictured and was comfortable for our long weekend. The kitchen appeared well stocked and the master bed was extremely comfortable. The host was very accommodating and responsive. I would recommend this house for your Sarasota stay!

A wonderful welcoming home!

I stayed here for almost two months while playing with Opera-- and Christina's home was a such a wonderful place to stay in! The house is in a great location-- easy to get downtown, but removed enough to be peaceful and relaxing. I highly recommend staying here!
